Let it be known that the Sohaer did not only subvert the process of the trial, by attempting to remove Rotharr and others, but also has attempted to subvert the course of democracy. For after the trial which proved her vile association with the Orrarir, she did send impure scum to try to punish me for revealing her true form. The Sohaer dispatched the still deemed-impure Imrassa to try to kill me and was only prevented because Earendur happened to stumble across us before she revealed her violent intent fully— When questioned she admitted she would kill me next when Earendur was not about". "Is this who you seek for a Sohaer, lliran? One who kills her political opponents who do nothing but work within the political system to challenge her? Nae, she is not fit to lead us. This scheme of the Sohaer must end!"

.~- Amidst the Cacophony –~. As the industrious mali'aheral began to construct their new home, one by one elves of old began to show up at the blessed gates of Haelun'or. One by one the mali'aheral returned to their homeland, and with them came those deemed undesirable— Pariahs to the Old Regime of Haelun'or. Apprehended they were brought before a great court of the mali'aheral and three Parir'tir did question them to determine their innocence of guilt. But in the hall, another confrontation brewed entirely. A confrontation between the Spider and Sohaer brewed with the Sohaer's true allegiance being cast into doubt by some of the elves present. And then the Golemancer burst into the room, decrying the court as nonsense. Claiming the cursed accused had been deemed guilty and exiled on pain of death if they were to return. Words were flung between the Golemancer, Spider and Sohaer like throwing daggers. But they were not the only things that flew that day for soon crossbow bolts flew, despite the Sohaer's objection, and the accused found himself no longer whole but splattered upon the Silver Walls. It was then that the Spider spoke, announcing his displeasure with the actions of the Sohaer. It was thus a challenge was decreed. The Sohaer was to battle the Spider in the public realm. And so, before the public of Haelun'or— Their debate began.

For the league to prosper, the league must grow. For this to occur, its first members must be inducted by the three Iyathir'oem, who have been selected by the means of the League already. For the selected to become Halerir, they must express interest and be deemed suitable by the league. It is therefore a meeting shall be held for potential Halerir to be selected. The Gentle-Elf's League shall establish a home for like-minded and scholarly elves who shall further their scholarly pursuits and sharpen their minds amongst equals. The League and its internal activities are shrouded in secrecy. The method for the selection of its leader remains undisclosed. Members wear the Thilln'wy (Silver Brooch) which denotes membership to the league and is required for entry into the League's residence. Members of the League are selected and therefore membership is exclusive. Members are inducted by the Iyathir (Thinkers) who decide on new members via nomination and then subsequently a vote. Those selected by the Iyathir shall be Halerir (Oathed) until such a time the Iyathir vote again to make them also Iyathir. The highest of the Iyathir are the Iyathir'oem, who select new Iyathir'oem by voting amongst themselves. The League's Leader, known officially as the Naeri (Devout One) is not disclosed to any except members of the league. .~- Residence –~. Given its recent founding, the Gentle-Elf's League has yet to obtain an official residence. One shall be found and named in the coming days. .~- Service –~. Amongst their own internal events, the Gentle-Elf's League also hosts a variety of events for the populace of Haelun'or and on occasion the Denizens of Athera to take part in. These include, but are not limited to: Bi-Annual Public Forums and Debates (Odd Years) Bi-Annual Haelun'or Fencing Tournaments (Even Years) The Gentle-Elf's Chess Tournament (Every 5th year, starting on the decade) The Atheran Fencing Championship (TBA)

.~- The Dance of Blades –~. It is the duty of any serious follower of the high elven ideal to exercise not only their mind, but also their body. For the pursuit of the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya requires, regrettably, all mali'aheral to come to the defence of Haelun'or on occasion. To participate in this opening friendly tournament elves ought show up to the Inn of Haelun'or where they will be led to the nearby fencing competition. The winner shall be offered the admiration of their peers and, perhaps, an invitation to join our prestigious league. The time shall be announced in the coming days, but is certain to occur in two elven days time [[Tuesday]] sometime after the seventeenth elven hour [[17:00]]. — The Gentle Elves
