It’s a play on the fact that people on this server get “deity” and “holy” mixed up. I.E. People call Druids a holy magic when they are not. Because shades, like druids, are a deity-class lore, I have elected to begin calling them holy mages to prove my point. I urge you to join me in this revolt against stupidity, my dearest friend TheAlphaMoist

My excuse when people do that is I also move that back however many emotes. Less than ten so they’re getting closer still, but one could theoretically be an ******* and cheat the system, continuously moving back while attacking. Again – Flawed concept in general, hence my original status update asking thoughts on “dashing”.
A Gm tried to tell me it was 10 no matter what. Including on a dead-sprinting horse.

Is voidal shifting the action of an emote? I argue yes, so you can’t shift and stab someone in the same emote. Only people I see argue otherwise are the users of the magic.
