Wow a lot of people responded, thanks for all the help and welcomes! I couldn't decide between a high elf or a wood elf, so I went a mix of both and applied.

A friend on another server told me about it, but no longer plays here. Character’s name: Jaelei Blair Character’s sex: Female Character’s race: Elf Character’s age: 25 Biography : A particularly quiet and secluded high elf man made the journey from his locked study within the silver city of Haelun’or to the forested city of Laureh’lin many years ago in search for a specific root that caught his attention for the sap it leaked. Weaving through the crowd, eventually finding a herbalist whom he immediately began to converse with regarding the root. It was clear from the way he presented himself, adding the way he spoke, that the high elven man was an oddity when it came to his fellow kin. After a location was mentioned about where one may find the root, names were exchanged and the high elf quietly exclaimed his name to be, Celure Dolothladr. As Celure made his way towards the stream within Fiandria which contained the root, it became obvious that he was followed and with a quick twist, he turned to face a smiling wood elven lady in lightly coloured clothing. A moment of quiet allowed the tension to fly away, though before the high elf could make his way off the wood elven lady introduced herself as, Tanerde Blair. With that simple meeting, something clicked with them both and for their own reasoning, began to meet with one another at the stream. Days turned to weeks, weeks to months and months to years, each of them having clashing personalities and yet happily enjoying one another's presence. It wasn’t unexpected when the pair had a child between each-other, Jaelei, a young girl with hair and eyes from her father and skin from her mother. Unfortunately due to the circumstances, Celure was not looked upon kindly by those within the silver city of Haulon’or and simply disappeared one day. With the disappearance of her daughter’s father, Tanerde was stricken with guilt and beared with it for twenty on-going years until one day the grief got to her. Jaelei was told that her mother went off to learn the ways of being a druid and that she would return to nature as all wood elves must. She waited for her mother for a while, though deep down knows that she will never see her again. In the world of Vailor, Jaelei knows that she has her place but first needs a place to stay, so is steadily traveling from the Cloud Temple towards the docks to locate Laureh’lin once again and speak with its Chancellors. Personality Traits: Friendly, questioning and excitable. Ambitions: To find her place within the world she inhabits. Strengths/Talents: Quite linguistic and able to write cursive quite well, as well as adaptive and a quick learner. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Controlled by her emotions, physically weak and frightened of fights. Appearance: Jaelei stands at five feet five inches with a slimming figure and a small chest, her hair is a long and flowing golden blonde adorned in silver bangles. I may go ahead and do just that, though I was told that I should join the place called Lauralin, or something like that. I am on the server now in WS channel asking questions, though Sythan who helped me is no where to be seen right now and no one is helping by answering the questions. All I want to know now is, where could I get a skin and what would be a good age to start off as?

High Elves are the silver haired ones, do I have to hate everyone except my own? I played a Drow before, so I understand but I prefer not to do that honestly. Well, your character's personality is completely up to you, though usually high elf society tends to be really racist from my understanding. They're also traditionally non-religious, so being a priestess would likely involve going outside of high elven culture. You could rp as a religious, non-racist high elf if you wanted, of course. Not sure if they'd let your character live in their capital, but lots of people prefer playing counter-cultural characters. Honestly, there are definitely better people on this server to give advice on high elves, but I thought I'd chime in with what I know. Thanks for what you do know.

Hail Lord of the Craft'ians! Usually the introduction forum is at the top of the forums I have joined before and it took me a moment of scrolling to find this, I use it mainly to say hello and get a feel of the people involved though I've never joined a non-enjin Minecraft server before. I'll introduce myself then, my name is Jay and I would love to play a silver haired high elf, maybe a priestess if that's possible because magic always interested me. I was on Gildorym for a bit, still am now and then but was told about this by some of the people and have wanted to try it out, now that I am on break it seems like the best time! There I played a Drow priestess, cleric, which was interesting but I don't know what I can do here. Any advice?
