+1 I see this as a way to make a more equal amount of races available to the public. seeing as frost witches have been around for a while and the conflicts of frost warlocks, this solves equality and lowers the amount of the bickering to decide if a frost warlock is possible. So everyone don't have such FROSTy hearts.
