Come the end of the war, the halls of the RUBRUMMAGNUS hummed with life yet again. Under the fiery command of the Lady Theodosia of Tiber, servants busied themselves with freshening up the place- Flipping cushions, dusting relics, and scrubbing every surface until it sparkled. New decorations were strung up, fresh tablecloths laid out, and crates of flowers carried through the front doors by the dozen, along with fresh foods and baking supplies. She was up to something, constantly flipping through that journal of hers, filled with ideas to last decades.

After secretive discussion and approval from her cousin Achilius, Theodosia sent out her ravens, carrying the neatly penned invitations which were sealed with the black wax and sigil of House Tiber.

Theodosia waved Ser Rodrik off one last time, before hurrying back up to her chambers. She already began a letter for him, using the same handkerchief to wipe away her tears as she scribbled on the parchment. 

Theodosia stands before her father‘s statue, the famed Siege-master Tiberius Horen, in the Palace, raising a hand to swiftly wipe a tear from her eye before it had the chance to fall. She breaks her silence only to murmur, “I wonder what you’d say if you were here to see this.”

Upon hearing the news, Theodosia’s eyes well with tears. “Did you really have to?” She asks, to no-one in particular, before gathering her skirts and sprinting back up to her bedchambers before her tears could begin to fall.

Description: A longtime soulbound item of mine today, upon login, suddenly didn’t have the supernatural purple shimmer that it does when it happens to in fact be soulbound. When I tried to soulbind it back, I as a Diamond VIP was shocked and appalled after being told I had not a single soulbind left. How could this be? Why is this happening? I have no other soulbound items on any persona, this was the only one. I turned it off and on again, (/soulbind unbind, /soulbind bind) nothing happened, and it only told me that the item in my hand wasn’t soulbound, etc.

3. Say “oh no!” when you see your dearest item is no longer soulbound.
4. Type /soulbind bind and /soulbind unbind and /soulbind tokens repeatedly until you get annoyed.

5. Make a modreq, get it transferred to a treq. See no technicians are on.

6. Ask who a technician is.

7. Have Tasty_Cheesecake be rude and close ticket with no additional or helpful information. >:^(

Expected Behavior/Actual Behavior/Additional: I typed it all up there and I’m sure you’re aware of how soulbind works. The main issue here is that it was randomly undone and now as a Diamond VIP it’s saying I don’t have access to a soulbind. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else... if it has I guess... add onto this post. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Theodosia’s eyes widen. “He was so quick to talk about you growing some balls — Maybe he was excited to fondle them.” The girl then bursts into a fit of laughter, snorting and wheezing all the way back to her chambers.

Theodosia gasps, never having seen her father even tear up before. “Father, how many more must die before we see you ugly cry?”

After many days of consideration, meetings, planning and prayer, the Princess makes yet another journey to the Silver City. With the Thunderbird guiding the way to a new beginning and freedom, and the Stag aiding her through the challenges of new leadership; surrounded by friends and close allies, Aelin Vel’seda Caerme’onn signs the treaty.

Theodosia Horen sprints through the halls of the Palace, harassing every servant to help her find that one dress she liked to dance in. She would be putting it to good use this joyous day. 

After many prayers to the Dual War Princes and her own Patron God, the Chieftess Aelin of Caerme’onn leaves her signature. 

Aelin sits in a tree beside her son and daughter, sipping from her leatherskin in silence. She offers them a little smile, eventually stating in a hushed tone, “I told him so.”

It is with great sorrow that I must report that our city has been riddled with attacks performed by a band of Crooked Men. In the event of their attacks, ONE has been pronounced dead, and SEVERAL injured, including that of the Archbishop and my own best friend. To ensure the safety of my beloved citizens, I officially declare the Great City of Helena in a STATE OF EMERGENCY and order its IMMEDIATE LOCKDOWN as of the 13^th of the Snow’s Maiden, 1709.

• INCREASED SECURITY
  • In attempt to prevent entrance of further conspirators, Legionnaires will now man the gates day in and day out, stopping and searching ALL who seek entrance to the city. Should one be deemed suspicious, they are subject to be escorted for further questioning.
    • MASKS, HOODS, CLOSED HELMETS AND CONCEALING HEADWEAR ARE FORBIDDEN.
    • ALL WEAPONS SHALL BE PROPERLY ACCOUNTED FOR AND RECORDED.
    • POSSESSION OF ANY HERETICAL OR UNHOLY ARTIFACTS ARE GROUNDS FOR ARREST AND PUNISHMENT UP TO EXECUTION.
• CITY-WIDE SEARCHES
  • In an organized fashion, streets will be restricted one-by-one to allow Legionnaires to sweep each and every residence in Helena. Citizens shall be present whilst their home is searched to ensure their possessions are safe.
    • Should a homeowner refuse to comply, they face the threat of arrest and further punishment.
    • Should a homeowner be deemed suspicious, they shall be immediately arrested and escorted for further questioning.
  • Those who are found to be within the restricted premises without proper authentication or being listed as a citizen of that area shall be arrested and sentenced accordingly.
• PATROL
  • Legionnaires will actively serve through the entire duration of the lockdown, using all downtime to patrol the city in small groups.
  • Additionally, a select few will be armed and stationed along the wall to ensure its security, and to survey the rooftops of Helena to prevent their usage in the case of further attacks. 

During this time, any and all citizens are subject to questioning and random searches. If deemed suspicious, you will be arrested and jailed for further questioning. It is of the utmost importance that you comply if you claim yourself innocent, lest you wish to be assumed guilty.

Citizens, as well as the Legionnaires, are to report any sightings or suspicions to Imperial Officials, including myself, the Grand Marshal, or the Grand Knight.

My thoughts and prayers go to those who were hurt in these attacks, and I ensure that whoever is behind said attacks will be caught and swiftly delivered justice, within the public eye for their wrongdoings. It is my job as Mayoress, and the duty of the Legion and of the Imperial Order of the Red Dragon to keep the citizens of this realm safe, and we will not allow this to continue any longer.
