    Your View: Techlock

I mean, we shouldn't progress to rocket ships but it would be nice to have guns, or steam powered boats, or even prototypes of cars.
  2. Event Idea: spanish conquistadors arrive to tahn on giant crabs, invade and give everyone diseases

i gada admit crabs would be a good end of the world event, like we could have like this giant ass sea creatur thats commanding them to take the island and we gada kill the sea leader and then by then the island is already has to many sea animals that we gada move

only if you can flip the crab on its back to expose its weak point, and attack its weak point for massive damage

  4. Minecraft Name: _SurrenderMaine_ Discord: SurrenderMaine#5338 Time-zone: Eastern Time Zone Do you, or have you held, any other staff positions? Please mention if you are intending on applying for GM as an ET: (Other servers included.) No. Where do you grab inspiration from?: (Games, books, etc.) Elder Scrolls Online, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, A Song of Ice And Fire (Game of Thrones), Lord of the Rings, Runescape What are your current list of characters, and are you willing to sacrifice any?: Shi-Lung (Hou-Zi), Almar Bryne (Human - Heartlander). Yes, I am willing to sacrifice my Hou-Zi. What race, or group, do your events best cater to?: I want to focus on active, medium-big groups of people rather than a small, inactive group. This is so that no one can just come online whenever there’s an event just to get loot or to ruin other people's’ experiences. I would like to focus mostly on everyone, but stray away towards humans a bit more in the future. What do you believe are the key factors for a successful event?: The key factors for a successful event would be teamwork, interaction, keeping the player engaged, good loot, seeing through the player’s eyes. What strengths would you bring to the team?: (Knowledgeable in lore, great organizer, etc.) Fast learner, love to roleplay, I have a lot of time on my hands, I like to be critiqued, I’m a generally nice person, and I’ve played the server for a while. (lost my account to hackers, forget what previous username was) Why do you want to be part of the team?: I want to be a part of the team because I want this world to feel more immersive. In order to make Lord of the Craft more immersive, you need to add many more layers. How I like to separate things is the sound, the visuals, the roleplay, npc, and the items. You have to find a way to make them all blend together in a nice way.The little things are what makes Lord of the Craft so great, such as finding a missing hat for a player that blew away in the wind, things like that. I want to add more layers to this server, and the best way to do that is with events, like one of the recent merchant events, or even the Ancient City event. Create three distinct event scenarios based on the servers lore that you would organize: (Keep in mind that these pitches are to the managers and the lead, no the community.) The Adelburg Ball: All nobles are invited to the Imperial Capital palace for a ball. They all would arrive, enjoy the party for a while, and sit down to have dinner. While having dinner, one of the nobles begins to choke after a toast; He’s been poisoned. Shortly after, everyone sees a figure form above the dinner table, and tells everyone that there is a murderer in the palace, and that leaving the palace is forbidden and you will be killed for doing so. The nobles now must find the killer, but there’s a catch. The killer is picking them off one by one, and the players must find clues and riddles that will help them in the event. There would be items that could help, such as the murderer’s knife, blood trails, poison, etc. The event ends when either the killer is found or everyone is dead. Treasure for a King: An old man has visited the local tavern in Adelburg with stories of treasures located all throughout Tahn. The old man describes and tells riddles of what the location of 5 loot spots look like and where they may be, and the players must listen and find out where the old man is trying to lead them to. Special loot could be found such as weapons or magical items. Travelling Talent Show: A host with a small mobile theatre has arrived outside of Adelburg with a good amount of minas and a passion. He announces that there will be a talent show held, and that all are welcome. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will all get prizes, and anything below gets a participation ribbon. All players involved will compete to win and gain minas. There will be the entry round, the 2nd level, the semi-final, then the final round. How long do you plan to be able to work on the team?: A year or two, maybe even more. Above a year, though. Tell me a joke: It’s hard to tell puns to a kleptomaniac because they always take things literally.
