Originally born in Kaz'Ulrah as a Mountain Dwarf, Thorlond Emberhorn was raised as a warrior by his father. On the day of the Dwarf's fifty second birthday, he was cast out due to having murdered a kinsman in a fit of rage which came about after a heated argument about his strong beliefs that the Mountain Dwarves should focus more on offense, instead of hiding away within caves for defensibility. Said fight cost him the ability to see from his left eye, and with it, a large portion of his formerly impressive fighting skills. He aimlessly wandered the world for one hundred years with no other purpose than to die in battle against any beast that may challenge his 'might.' Due to his lack of success, the Dwarf, having changed his name to Thorlond Stormreaver in protest of what he believes to be the fact that his former nation and clan has lost its way, now seeks to join the nation of Holm, in which he expects to find kinsmen who both zealously revere the Brathmordakin, and are prepared to fight any power that dare challenge the race's honor. Whether his expectations will be met is yet to be seen.
