I. Your powergaming definition is not quite there yet--I suggest you read up on the page we have for powergaming on the wiki, and after you revise your definition perhaps add an example too!

II. Your character’s father cannot have worked under Sylvester Halcourt, as judging by your character’s age, Sylvester Halcourt would have been long dead at the time, and joining factions must be done in roleplay anyways.

III. Your roleplay scenario is lacking a bit of length--I suggest you strive for 2 actions and 2 pieces of dialogue. Additionally, I’m confused as to where the sudden mention of Augustus planning to conspire against the king of the city came from, could you please explain what you mean more?

Bad:

Anne steps forwards with the sword in her hand, stabbing the woman in front of her in the heart, ending her life instantly.

I. Your powergaming definition is a bit off, I suggest checking out the wiki page on Powergaming and Metagaming, and perhaps adding an example?

II. Your skin is not up to LotC standards. Please refer to our skin archive and look for a skin fitting of the fantasy/medieval skin suitable for your persona.

III. Your character cannot have been part of and/or trained with the Talu’lareth guard force, as this would have to happen in roleplay.

IV. Your application needs at least two different lore references. Talu’lareth is perfectly fine, though I couldn’t find anything on Wyrun and his six--if this is a lore piece you can link to me I would be happy to consider that your second reference!

Good evening--unfortunately your application has been denied, however you are welcome to reapply at any time with the following changes to your application.

Have questions or concerns? Feel free to PM me here at the forums or at my Discord (S.D. Ace#0017) or join the Discord server. The fastest path to a response is typically my Discord, followed by the Discord server if I’m asleep or not home.

I. There is not an altar of Iblees in Arcas, so Antioch could not have found himself there, however the mention of Eshtael is perfectly alright and looks great. Additionally, a 12 year old high elf cannot have been 6’2” at the time, though as an adult that height would be perfectly okay. You need at least two different valid lore references in your application’s biography (Eshtael counts as one, but the Silver City does not as it is a nation.)

II. High elves cannot be as large as Antioch is listed as. 140 lbs is the maximum.

III. Your powergaming definition is incorrect and your metagaming definition should be expanded--might I suggest an example for both? You can check out the wiki page for both here if you wish to find out more.

IV. From what I can tell, Antioch has a tendency to fight whoever he can, which unless he has a very good reason for doing so, is usually considered poor villainy roleplay and can lead to being blacklisted. Please alter this if you choose to reapply.

V. Parts of your biography (especially the line ”He would brawl, kill or even dismember those he found himself in opposition to, by hand or by blade, he would cleave through all he considered himself greater than...”) seem like they are rather powergame-y. Please alter this if you choose to reapply.

I know this can seem like a lot to ask for, but unfortunately it’s how we operate. I hope to see you re-apply soon!

The only change that is necessary here is that your powergaming definition could use expanded and tweaked--I’d suggest including that forcing emotes on other players is powergaming as well as an example. For more info and to see what I mean, you can check out the wiki!

I. Your metagaming and powergaming descriptions are a little short and need some tweaking--I suggest adding an example to both. On the left-hand side of the wiki there’s pages for metagaming and powergaming, though as of me writing this our wiki is currently down, unfortunately. Feel free to get in touch if you’re at all lost!

II. Your application needs two different valid lore references. Vailor is the name of an ancient realm (far before Atlas or Arcas) and names of nations and realms do not qualify as a lore reference.
