Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: -  I have roleplayed on Minecraft before, I've played a tiny bit on AoA. I barely roleplayed on that server before it died though.

What do you think the server will be like? - I think it will be a perfect combination of roleplay and pvp.

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: - To make or create a story with other people within an environment agreed upon by the other people participating.

 

What’s metagaming?: - To use outside information into your character's knowledge or to avoid consequences of roleplay.  An example could be, teleporting or minimaps.

 

What’s powergaming?: - To quick-message your way through a fight. Example: *Maeglin kills [Random Orc] with one swing of his axe.*

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Dwarf, Cave Dwarf

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Maeglin has always had a hatred for Orcs, the same with all of his family. Maeglin's great great grandfather by the name of Orin Orcslayer was in the battle against Setherien and his evil forces at Castle Greywynn. Orin's best friend Thorik had fallen next to an Orc. Orin has blamed the Orcs for the death of his best friend ever since.  Maeglin wields the same axe that his father gave to him as a boy. The axe has been passed down the generations, used to kill many Orcs. Maeglin also enjoys mining, although he'd rather be practicing combat.

 

What are they like? (personality): - Maeglin 

 

What are their ambitions?: - To slay as many of his enemies as possible.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Maeglin is exceedingly great at combat, having been taught by his father. Maeglin also knows his way around any locked door, Maeglin can lock pick any physically locked door. But, Maeglin's weakness is common in most Dwarves. Maeglin's height puts him at a severe disadvantage, for he is only 3'11". Maeglin also is not the brightest of Dwarves.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - Maeglin has very bushy eyebrows, covering most of his face. Maeglin has a lack of hair on his head, but he makes up for it with a heavy beard. His beard is coal black and ends at Maeglin's midsection. Maeglin also wears a belt, with a huge belt buckle. His buckle is covered with fancy gems and jewels that he's found while mining.
