What's The Deal With Mpm's Server Side Plugin/whatever Being Taken Off?

Pertaining the More Player Models mod:

Though it was a great little reward immersion-wise when it was in place and now everyone looks the same no matter what race they are, even the people who go out of their way to improve not only their immersion, but also others.  Just was wondering if it was going to be coming back at any point because I think I speak for a LOT of the lotc community when I say I miss it :)

The "Man" says that it was causing lag on the server...

 

BS in my opinion. I never have been able to tell the difference when it is on or off. The thing that causes the lag now is the timer with all the Nexus BS. Bring back MpM!

I agree, I never remembered any lag and it's just the same now!  It was on the the best mods to use on the server and now it's useless!! :(

From what I was told by the Tech. It conflicts with the Anti-Ddos plugin. So its either get ddos all the time for a plugin all the time or not have a fun plugin everyone loves and get Ddos'd all the time .-. so this is still iffie :'(

It would be nice if they would release an official statement out in the open about why it isn't implemented.

 

As I mentioned in another thread, the Tech Team could also volunteer their support to the creator in trying to make a new one that did function, as well. Worth a shot after all.
