THE ARCHIVIST

It is pronounced by the Crown and the Royal Seneschal;

The office of Privy Seal to be hereby dissolved, due to the reconciliation and reunion of their Royal Majesties, and particularly that it is unbecoming of the Consort to hold a seat as Councillor. The major share of duties are to be bestowed amongst the Chancellery and the Crown itself. Whilst the functions of archivation and recording of histories and occurrences are to be bequeathed to the newly found office of the Archivist, he shall not participate in the Royal Council, and answers directly and only to the Sovereign.
 

In light of such, after careful consideration and many discussions, we hereby appoint Ottomar Josef Barclay @Petsch2k as the first Archivist of the United Kingdom of Aaun. He is to serve diligently, obeying and upkeeping the laws of the realm.
