In your own words, define what the act of Roleplaying is: Role-playing is getting together with some friends to write a story. It’s joining around a campfire or a dining room to spin some tall tales. Role-playing is being creative and having fun with friends.

Role-playing games are stories. You create one of the main characters, and you create a story around your character. The rest of the players also create stories around their characters. And there’s an editor who brings those stories together.

In your own Words, define what the act of Metagaming is: Meta-gaming is a term used in Role Play games. In most role play games there is in character chat (IC) and out of character chat(OOC), Meta-gaming is using Out of Character knowledge, in character chat. Here's an example of meta gaming, In character chat: "your mom" "log on to your alt" "I have to go wash the dishes brb." "How old are you irl"

All of these sentences are Meta-gaming. Even using of the words "lol" "lmao" Etc.... are typically Out of Character Chat, cause you wouldn't typically say "lol" or "lmao" In real life. Make the game fun for everyone else, don't meta game.

In your own Words, define what the act of Powergaming is: A powergamer is a player who is into powergaming. There are several different ways to powergame. A minmaxer is someone who tries to squeeze as much efficiency as possible out of a system. A rules lawyer cites rules and precedents that support their arguments against other players.

I am dissapoint. :/

I expected more from an accepted LotC member :( Not to worries though, here is where you can improve:

-Use the original format, don't delete the stuff [in these square brackets].

-Learn the correct definition of metagaming, while you have it half correct, it is not using THAT TYPE of information, but a certain other type of information IC. Look on the LOTC wiki.

-Learn the correct definition of powergaming, again LOTC wiki, TS or google can help you.

-Your biography needs a lot of expansion and work. Include personality, description, more about his history. We aren't in "minecraft" as an RP server, so people don't drop items. Write 2 paragraphs.

-Ambitions are things your character plans to do.

-Read this: http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/27643-how-to-avoid-making-a-mary-suegary-stu/

-Your character cannot "shoot an apple of someone's head a mile away." not only is this unrealistic, you have to earn that sort of accuracy, even then I doubt anyone could do it from a mile.

-Skin link does not work and it is not embedded (Send a pm if you want to learn how to embed)

-Write a paragraph for each RP question in FULL RP, none of the "If this happens, he would do that" or" My character would attack the bandits" or "I would buy some gold, and then leave the shop". Get creative.

From a first glance it looks like minimal effort has gone into this application, I am sorry but that is just how it comes across. If you need further help with this I would be happy to help you with your application :)

Please wait 24 hours or your application will be instantly denied.

This gives you a chance to have a cup of tea and read all of which I have provided, then give you a break and a fresh mind to re-write your application in the required areas. This is also to prevent the spamming of applications, as if there was no limit we would be absolutely swamped with applications.

Please do send a PM my way if you are having any trouble understanding the application process or my feedback, I would be glad to help you. :)

Good luck for your next application!
