When game information outside of what is available in a game is used to give a player an advantage in-game. Most commonly seen and frowned upon in many forms of role playing especially when consent has not been given.

EXAMPLE my friend on Skype tells me that the orcs are going to kill me in the market so i bring 10 guard in diamond amour to protect me

this meta gaming because i would not brought the guards if my friend didn't tell me on Skype

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:People who Powergame usually RolePlay's things which may be impossible to do, leaving the other player no chance to fight back. Powergaming people usually focus most on his own character.

Here's just a little example of someone Powergaming, let's say the Powergamers name will be... John_Wollie.

i was a drunk . i spent all my money on drink and women until there was nothing left ,so i begged on the streets . Then one day i saw a man beating up a woman and i went to help.. he bet the hell out of me nearly kill me . When i woke up i found the girl dead next to me.I ran for my live because people would suspect that it was me. I than went to whinterfell tom become a guard and protect against the undead because i needed money and to get fit but i never forgot that girl who i could't save.

After that day i started a new ,I got back into shape and got off the streets and started trading .Now i know that i if i had been stronger that girl would not have died .I should be something not nothing.

I went from my home Winterfell and went travelling and when i left it fell to the undead . so i set of a tall ,brown haired man going on a quest to become something great .

What is your Character's ambitions?:

he wants to become a ruler of a nation and help poor people

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):he likes swords and bows because he is good at them and they protects him from harm and deals harm.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

cian shouts a thugs " hey why don't you pick on some one yer own size f*&kers" *trowing a rock at them *bandits run at cian**he runs away halfling runs away.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?"

What is your character response?*cian checks out some fruit and veg than sees a nice bow and asks "how much for the bow "100 minas " "thats a bit steep but it look like fine craftsmanship so il go ahead" *cian goes to his pocket but finds a guy trying to steal my mina"thief"*cian shouts* *Cian takes bow and shoots at the thief * thief falls on the ground with a arrow in his head .cian says to trader "i hope you had nothing to with this and the bow inst that good" .

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:
