Have you had any previous experience in roleplaying?: Yes, I have played HoG, but was banned because I had said something that a strict mod took as offensive, but wasn't meant to be. I have also played different RPGs. Some examples are: ROBLOX, LittleBig Planet 1&2.

In your own words, define what the act of roleplaying is: The act of roleplaying is creating a character, and acting just as they would to any situation.

In your own words, define what the act of meta-gaming is: Metagaming is the act of taking OOC information and using it IC, for example, someone says something on the forums and it is not to be known in the roleplay, someone takes that information and makes it so their character knows it.

In your own words, define what the act of power-emoting is: If you mean power GAMING, then it is the act of giving your character an unfair advantage, ie making your character unbeatable.

In-Character Details

Character Name: Lawrence "Dragonstrider" Oakheart.

Character Race: Elf

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Lawrence is an elf from the town of Le'Faela (currently age 5), which lies in the lands of Gulika. When Lawrence was 5, he was given a dragon egg to take care of, however it wouldn't be long till the event happened. However three days later, the king of the land came, demanding Lawrence's life, or the life of the village. With Lawrence's parents being part of the council, the king was denied. Following that event, the king burnt the village to the ground, unbeknownst to him, Lawrence had escaped the village, losing his egg in the fire however.

After those events, Lawrence headed out on a journey, all while training. He had 1st looked for a rogue trainer, as to learn the basic skills needed for surviving with no money. Only a few days passed before he had mastered being a rogue. Next Lawrence sought out a warrior teacher, saving a couple dragons along the way. It had taken Lawrence 3 years to master being a warrior, saving some more dragons during training. His warrior master then pointed him to a Mage teacher, which took him a year to travel to, and lead through the hottest of all deserts. The Mage gladly took Lawrence as his apprentice, and trained him in all ways of magic. Due to the vast amount of magic, it had taken Lawrence 4 years to master it all. The master Mage then pointed Lawrence to a possible place to find a ranger master, he said that Lawrence should make the year long journey to the lands of Galderon (this character is from HoG, and traveled from there, to here). He made the journey, and he had gone through the coldest of mountains, all the while saving dragons and learning survival techniques. Once Lawrence arrived in Galderon, he made his way to the elven capital of clymara. Over the course of 3 years, Lawrence had turned into a fine, 18 year old, elven man with short, sleek, black hair, and 6 feet tall. Lawrence had gotten word from the elders (they were real dragons that lived literally forever), that he should leave Galderon because of the fate that would have befallen him if he were to have stayed. Lawrence was sad that he had to leave his friends and resign from the council, but he did anyways because he found out that he was to be assassinated.

What are your characters ambitions?: He wants to eventually return to Galderon and also get revenge on the king that destroyed his town.

Is there anything else you would like to say about your character: He is a nice guy, and a great judge, he also knows alot more than normal people would.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? *walks up to the poor dwarf* "What is it you are selling? I might be willing to buy it." I said "I be sellin' whatever ye' see 'ere." said the poor dwarf, showing me the items he has set out. So, I look over the items, and choose a nice looking bow, and also a lot of arrows. "Will you accept 1000 gold for these?" I asked. "Aye', is it realy ok if I keep all this money?" asked the dwarf. "Of course, it's perfectly ok, I don't need to buy anything realy, but you seem like a good crafts dwarf, so I bought this stuff, plus I could see that you needed the money as well." I said. "Thank ye' kind elf." said the dwarf. (hope that is ok, because that seems like what was asked for this)

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? *I walk up to them* "Alright Orc, step away from the dwarf, and noone gets hurt." I said. "And if I don't?" asked the Orc. "Then I will end it for you here and now." I said. "Try it." said the Orc. "Ok." I said, firing an arrow, purposely grazing the Orc with the arrow. "Hah, ye' missed." proclaimed the Orc. "Purposely however, the next one is going straight through your brain." I said threateningly. "Fine." said the Orc, dropping the dwarf and leaving. "Thank ye' elf, if it wasn't for you, I would certainly be dead." said the dwarf in a thanking voice. "No problem, anytime." I said.

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?: I take a branch and my knife, and I carve a new walking stick for the old man. I then lay the stick against the tree and help up the old man. "Where did you get all that money sir?" I asked. "They're my life savings." said the old man. "That's a lot of money for life savings." I said. "I have a nice long life." said the old man. "For your sake,I hope it is." I said, giving the old man the stick and the money. Afterwards, I walked away, leaving the old man to his buisiness.
