Character Name: Artorias

Character Race: Human

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary:

  Artorias was born into very harsh and cold climates, but from the birth his mother died and his father had fled. Artorias was known as a master of the greatsword wielding one as if it weighed nothing. Artorias wears corroded silver scaled plate armor, however his helmet is a one-of-a-kind it was granted to him from generation to generation. His actual physical appearance projects him as a male with light blue hair, which most of it protrudes from the back of his head; he has a relaxed and gloomy demeanor almost expressionless. Unlike average humans Artorias lives substantially a longer life, so Artorias is about 120 years old, but looks relatively young.

   Knight Artorias lived a lonely life when he was a child his only representation of his father was the helmet that was passed on to him; he always wondered if his father ever loved him or ever was proud of him. It wasn't until he was attacked by a bandit that he knew his potential with the sword; from that day forth he decided to make his father proud by vanquishing criminals which eventually lead to his initiation in the Knights of Blade.

 

What are your characters ambitions?:

To make his father proud by vanquishing criminals and changing the world for the better.

Artorias believes if he forms or joins a guild of powerful adventurers he can change the world for the better and in turn hopefully get his father (if he is alive) to notice his prosperity and bravery.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?

Feeling generous today I walked over to the dwarf and said "Excuse me, but I would like to buy that pile of iron ingots over on the shelf- would 200 Minas suffice?". With a happy expression on the dwarf's face he hastily brought the iron to which in turn I payed him. I left the shop knowing that I did a good thing.

 

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?

    I quickly tread towards the situation and push the orc away from the dwarf. I ask the dwarf "Are you ok?". He answers that he is fine, but suddenly the orc stirs up into a frenzy and charges at the both of us. Hastily I pulled my sword from its sheath and impaled the orc right through his chest and he falls writhing in pain. The dwarf gracefully thanks me and we go our separate ways.

 

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenseless man. What does your character do?:

    I helped the old man up and said "Are you alright? I think you need a new cane." he answered with slight whispers that there weren't too many bruises. I collected the Minas from the ground and gave it to the old man; I helped the him get a new cane using my own Minas. The old man pats my back and thanks me for my generosity and I leave with a goodbye.

Cannot apply as a Knight, this must be earned through RP. Explain why your character is so old, most Humans cannot live nearly that long. Please add server lore such as events, places or dates to the bio, which can be found on the forums and wiki.
