there's no such thing as "permanent shelving" bc staff can't enforce whether or not ur char is shelved. but if you're killed in RP or something and then just choose not to play the character after that, it's just a PK, dont know what the difference between a PK or shelving is at that point bc either way ur not playing the character

i ask bc im wanting to like i say, perma shelf a character. Not PK him bc he wont be head but just absolutely zero intent to play him again and will be throwing him away with a post
