Rhody was born to dark elven parents who worked as small bespoke weapon smiths in Elvenesse, Gladwynn, the Oren Empire and beyond. Unfortunately, they were displaced several times due to the threats of conflict, that they neither wanted to contribute to as weapon smiths or expose to Rhody as a child. This led to a decision to build their own cabin and homestead, away from the discourse in the unchartered wilderness: their Sanctuary. In here, they raised their son for the greater part of his life, introducing him to their creative labours and teaching him about their race’s Ancestral roots. Rhody used the lessons to learn stone sculpting, which he continues to build upon with the hopes he’ll one day be able to market his skills. Now, having reached his race’s age of maturity, it became a mutual agreement he should move on to the cities to build a life of his own and find a place among other dark elves. This would be an opportunity for him to establish himself, bond and explore new avenues. Commencing with his journey, he returns to discover the current elven settlements, hoping somewhere within the confines of Nevaehlen, Elvenesse, Haelunor or Fenn there may be a place for him.
