  1. Simply saying they are welcome ooc is vastly different to what reflects irp, when, speaking as Musin's host for the past year, Urguan, every time they venture into empire land, they are assaulted and treated like actual pets and accessories according to every rally, emergency, and complaint. And since the map is quickly turning into Humans of the craft, nobody sane or fun-loving wants to vassalize under the empire. "Bring something new to the server" isnt too difficult when the only other option is vassalize to human empire #320.
  2. Issued on: [20th of Belka’s Embrace, S.A 271] [Friday, February 6, 2026] Origin Da Kaladokvo'Barimmarr The Architect’s Collective of Urguan, founded and chartered in the year 256 of the second age, was established to address the ever-present issue of inexperienced builders seeking to stake their own claim on the land and permanently change the landscape around our home. This guild is designed as both a safeguard and a solution to that issue, providing both a guard against inexperienced hands and a tool to be placed into the very same. Rankings The Council of Architects Composed of a small troupe of well-established builders, the council will take on all core responsibilities of the guild, including the following: Receiving and completing commissions from external clientele, completing major orders from the state and other affiliated parties, training and certifying new and minor builders, and judging the contents of builds by lesser builders, as well as the uninitiated. The Secretary While technically the guild lord, this role is simply used for administrative purposes, serving as a mediator and public face for the otherwise busy members, doling out commissions and tasks as the need arises, as well as meeting with the clientele initially. The Builders The heart and soul of the guild, these lower circle builders will take on the majority of the minor orders, and should their effort be seen, even ascend to the council, and continue the Guild’s efforts from above. Responsibilities As a guild, the primary and penultimate task of the guild is to ensure that dwarven architecture is held up to the highest of standards. To ensure this, proven guild members, and especially council members, have the final say in regards to completion and execution of a project. Non-members, residing in Urguan, are to be redirected toward the guild's members and commissary boxes. Simple renovation and rearrangement may be done by trusted non-members, or on temporary permission, but anything larger must be overseen or committed by a member of the guild unless it is by a member of the King’s council or the Urguan leadership. Pricing With vastly different projects between different minds and needs, pricing will vary between each independent builder, though it is expected to be charged more by a council member. By default, pricing will vary on the build, though the base fee will range from 20 mina for minor, decorative builds, and 50 mina for normal to major operational builds, and finally, 300 mina for a vassal-sized build and beyond. This is the Base price, applied by the state, and not represented by the individually hired builder. State builds waive this fee, and builders are compensated appropriately. Joining Potential members must seek out and organize a trialing appointment with the secretary, and for a small fee of 10 mina, they will then be assigned and gauged by a current member of the council. After which, their skill will be declared, and additional training offered, should any of the council members have time. If the potential builder is deemed complete in their studies and skills, their certificate of membership will be assigned, and they may begin completing commissions as offered. Signed, Bostone Grimgold, Grand Steward of Urguan, Clanfather of clan Grimgold, Founding Secretary of the Architects’ Collective

  5. Bostone Grimgold penned a quick response to the former iron baron, dictating the full extent of the verbal contract he had agreed to at the start of his reign as iron baron. "Dear Rhorgvar Frostbeard, former Iron Baron of Urguan, Strictly speaking, the tavern room has had this stipulation on it for the entire lifespan of the tavern's current iteration on this continent. If you are iron baron, it rests at 30 mina; otherwise, as a citizen, it is 60. If you are the most recent iron baron, but the current iron baron does not request the room, you can keep the price until the current baron expresses interest in the space, then the price is doubled to its usual non-baron rate. This is not a personal attack, but a simple clause issued on the house itself. Should you wish to stay, your price will remain as is, unless the current iron baron wishes to give you the location for its normal price, otherwise, other locations and homes are open for you to take up if you cannot or will not pay the current price of 60 mina per stone week. You will experience no pushback if you wish to claim and renovate another home to your liking."
  6. Summons to Ragni Redbeard Issued by the Grand Steward of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan “To Ragni Redbeard By the authority of the office of the Grand Kingdom, you are summoned to appear before the Grand Kingdom of Urguan to answer for the breach of contract regarding the construction on your assigned land. It has come to the attention of the Grand Steward, that you have constructed a castle on a 50x50 plot of land, despite the contractual agreement between yourself and Grand Steward Bostone Grimgold stating that the land was to be used for a standard farmhouse valued at 30 mina, the permitted build size for that price is a space of 25x25. This act constitutes a direct violation of Section VII, Art.8 and Art. 10 of The Grand Kingdom’s Codex of laws; Section, VII Article 8; Tax Evasion: 30 mina to a plot build of 50x50 is a Third-degree crime. Article 10; Unlicensed Construction: Build out of code with established rules is a Third-degree crime. You are ordered to present yourself before the Grand Kingdom at the soonest possible assembly to explain this violation and answer for your actions. Failure to appear will be considered admission of guilt and may result in penalties, including but not limited to fines, land repossession, or further legal action as deemed appropriate by the Grand Kingdom’s authority. May Ogradhad wisdom guide you in this matter.” Signed Ulfar Kazzarathsson of the Elder Clan Starbreaker, The Grand King of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, Thane of the Elder Clan Starbreaker, Kahl of Kaz’ad Nolvaraz, High Lord Golemancer Bostone Grimgold, Grand Steward of Urguan, Clanfather of clan Grimgold.
  7. Issued on: [Dungrimm’s Call, S.A 221] [Thursday, February 20th, 2025] To all it may concern: Due to the prolonged absence of the exiled clan father, Alaric ‘Wormtongue’ Grimgold, I, Bostone Grimgold, have brought it upon myself to claim rightful leadership of the clan Grimgold, effective immediately. Alaric’s Absence, brought about by his own folly, has left the clan in a state of disrepair, leaving myself as the only acting member of the clan as of this missive. This state of disrepair extended well before Alaric's apparent exile, bleeding our prospective kin from our ranks like an open wound, their trust scarred by his lack of presence as a leader. It is with a heavy heart that I usurp his position without inquiring for his permission, but it is simply the best way forward to do so. However, I will not trample on the values and structure that followed long before my time, and instead, I will build upon them, pushing our culture into the future with the rest of Urguan’s kin. I will see to it that Grimgold colors, under my gaze, once again swing proudly amongst the great clans of Kal’Kladian, firm and opulent in their splendor. Dwedmar one and all are free to take up the mask, free from the shackles of blood and obligation, should they so choose. All are welcome among the Kazamar Korodaurok. Narvok Oz Urguan. Signed, Bostone Grimgold, Grand Steward of Urguan, Clanfather of clan Grimgold.

In order to ease the calloused hands of our laborers, our workforce will provide materials for the workers, and even our soldiers, to aid them in creating specialized tools of their chosen trades, be it war or smithing. Stock tools and arms are not acceptable for our most distinguished artisans, and only the best are to be used to quell this threat. Meet in the workforce hall on the assigned date with your skills at the ready-to-shape tools worthy of the Brathmordakin’s chosen. Planned Date: Dungrimm’s Call, S.A 157 Wednesday, December 6th, 2023 Signed, Bostone Grimgold, Yemekars Pick

We summon all workers to collaborate on ideas of what to create for those in service of this kingdom I ask that any who believe themselves to be the top of the line in their art, and who work towards our kingdom's best interest show their talent, and help Yemekar’s Workforce in creating items that hold power in both symbolism of their respective roles, and their practicality towards those very same. During the month of Anbella's Grace, Year 142, each item will be drafted, and assigned to an individual, or group. Each group or individual construct the items, and they will be peer-reviewed and finalised. Each item is to be passed down to members of the King’s Council of Urguan and will continue to be passed down, along with the roles they represent for as long as the roles and items continue to exist. Members that participate will be compensated generously and fairly for contributions. Planned Date: Anbella's Grace, S.A 142 Friday, August 10th, 2023. 3 pm est. Signed, Bostone Grimgold, Yemekars Pick
  11. Bostone stares up at his ceiling, staring at his arm as his non-existent hand pantomimes holding a torch. After some time, he looks around to see the mess and exclaims, "Ah, so thats 'ow dis es gonnae be." He cleaned up the mess, and began his way down to the workforce hall, thinking on the events as they played out, and prepping any items he may need in the upcoming future.

While many have made attempts to impact the deficit in our coffers from the purchasing of new land, the workforce as a whole has yet to break out of its relative silence from the last continent. Many have forgotten the might of the Dwarven Smiths and Golemancers or the talent of Urguan’s Alchemists and Enchanters. We as a workforce need to gather under one roof and progress our guild in both skill and value. Members of the workforce are to meet inside the industrial district’s Workforce hall with their best tools at the ready so that they may create items truly worthy to represent the entire kingdom. Masters may try to aid the newer members or try their hand at a new field. Please contact guild officials if a workspace in the hall does not suit your needs, or needs to be added. You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) I do not hesitate to take an opportunity to sit down and relax my legs after a long journey. Upon sitting down I let out a sigh of relief, crisscrossing my legs, with my hands on my knees. After spending a few moments staring at nothing, I begin my monologue with minimal eye contact, only looking up at the hag every few words or so. "Um..." I tap my fingers over my knee "There's not really a story now is there? No.. There's an interesting beginnin' but not much after that.. Y'see my name.. isn't really a real name. I was given to the woman I now call mother by who I assume was my real one." I look down, tapping my index finger intensely. "I mean.. She just gave me up! I never dug too much into the matter, as it was too painful to think about. I was a large, and demandin' little one, accordin' to my mother, though I don't really think I was that bad." I say with a chuckle and a facial expression that's looking for laughter. "Since I was so large, my mother likened me to the Bough of a tree, which is where I got my first name: Bostone" I say trying to hide a smile. "Bein' the type of 'situation' I was, I couldn't rightly take my mothers name, I'm not quite sure I even remember her family name.. One day, I asked her to just Give me one, she looked at me for a moment, let a wicked smile creep across her face and said 'Cragskin.' She could barely contain her laughter, but I took it to heart and started usin' it, much to her dismay. We weren't rich, nor were we particularly poor... We just Were..." A sad and longing look lowers over my features. "One day, she fell ill, and after years of desperately caring for her, she passed in the night..." I start scratching and twisting at the hairs on my chin "Since then... I've kinda just been wanderin', taking jobs here and there, but mostly wanderin.'" After a couple of moments, I snap back to the present. "Anyway, what is it you were expecting from me?"
