Minor Empire Issue Completion Amendment #1 (MEICA #1) ((This document is complete. Any Lord's signatures placed on this document will count as a vote.)) Four (4) of five (5) Lord signatures are required to make this into an amendment to the articles of Urguan. 1. Requests for supply deliveries from the Kingdom to each guild can be made by the Leaders of each guild. Each supply delivery should not be valued at more than two-thousand five-hundred (2,500) minas in goods or five-thousand (5,000) minas in currency. A majority vote of at least three-fifths (3/5) by the Lords must follow each request for supplies and/or funding for it to be approved. Only one request per guild can be accepted within one Elven week. Upon acceptance the request must be completed within 3 Elven days from the time of acceptance. 2. Leaders of the King's council are to receive one (1) farm animal of choice from the Kingdom every 2 Elven Weeks. The farm animal will only be given on request. "Smoke bombs" I don't think even use gunpowder. It's composed of Saltpeter and Sugar. That's all. I think it's 3:2 saltpeter to sugar. Sugar we already have in MC, but saltpeter, or Salt of Petra as it was called in medieval times, can be obtained by submerging bat guano in water then filtering it... That is according to Wikipedia. That can probably be RP'd but there isn't really an item to represent it. Maybe a GM can just give you some renamed sugar, because both ingredients look the same.

I believe Mogroka made a statement about lore. Something along the lines of "If it's not helping you 'win' then it doesn't need lore." So any wacky and fun things don't require lore, like that Vonschlicten (spellcheck?) snowman receptionist. However, I will write lore for it anyway so we have it all documented and maybe a backstory so we have some information on the Rock Lobster. As for the ship, It's going to be relatively small so it could be worldedited around. It's not going to be moving too fast, just kinda cruising.
