Mog, what about when a nation is defeated in a battle such as the recent boot battle where their army was completely obliterated, can they immediately place a reclaim because that army would be in tatters and realistically would be impossible, there should be a specific time they must wait to do a claim Of their own and to regain strength in their army and materials to fight.
