In order to more effectively raise the population of the War Nation of Krugmar and promote fertility among the Orcs, the Rex hereby releases the following benefits to those who have three [3] or more cubs AFTER the issuing of this decree. Any children currently living may not count towards this policy, only new children born after it will count toward the following benefits:

Week of 1/16/17

The Rex’s Message

Finally, brothers and sisters, our way has reached its defining moment. Together with the Axionite Coalition, we stand on the brink of destroying the Orenian threat once and for all. This will be no small feat however, and those who remain in Johannesburg are the most fervent of all the Emperor’s forces. No soldier who remains in the service of the Empire will be there for any reason except their zealotry toward the cult of personality the Emperor has created. Should we fail to appropriately meet their zealotry with our own passion to put down this terrible machine, we will fail. I wish you all luck brothers, and I will be there on the front by your side in the coming days for this siege. May Krug guide us as we take our stand against the Empire; one last time.

The Dominion-Krugmar Pact
Recently, the Rex ventured forth into the Dominion of Malin along with the Warmistress Tulin’Ugluk, and the Wargoths of Yar, Braduk, and Raguk. Together they negotiated with High Prince Tristin as well as the Princes Mithius and Artimec. Together, they came to terms of a non-aggression pact. This pact ends nearly half a century of conflict between the two races, and hopefully will bring about a lasting peace between the sons of Malin and Krug.

The Siege of Johannesburg
The forces of the Coalition today established one of the largest siege camps ever erected about a kilometer away from the walls of Johannesburg. Tents have been established for every major contributing faction in the coalition, and Orcish forces have begun to move into the camp. Cannons now slam into the thick walls of Johannesburg hourly, dampening the spirits and defenses of those living in the city. The Rex encourages all Orcs to make preparations for the coming siege, and prepare to fight alongside him in this final battle for the fate of Tahn.

Drokon goes about San'Torr with a copy of the bulletin, waving it around to anybody that would look. "Peep mi, I'm famouz!!!"

Rex Drokon gives his stamp of approval on the Yazgurtan's project. 

The Rex hopes this means that he can finally visit the Elven lands without being murdered by one thousand bowmen. He's always wanted to do business in the Elf city, but since their never ending war started he wasn't able to do so. He immediately gets to work setting up a cart full of wares to sell, setting out to finally fulfill his ambition of selling fried chicken to elves.

Drokon stood silently atop the massive peak that loomed over the grand city of San’Torr, his body covered in dried up blood and fresh scars from the heavy fighting at the Battle of Goldfield. The young Rex took a deep breath followed by a heavy sigh, his eyes drifted from the massive citadel of the Krughai to the Arena where already Orcs began to prepare for the next battle as they sparred with one another. Heavy with fatigue, his eyes began to shut and he soon found himself in a state of complete relaxation as he began to meditate.

“To the arena then, Drokon? Let’s get this matter settled.”

Those words, that decision made by Kulgarok, the false Rex, to challenge Drokon in the arena over his title changed the course of Drokon’s legacy. Prior to that moment, the last Ugluk was content with his status as a well-respected Orc, and he intended to live his life devoted to serving whoever may come into power, but Kulagrok’s challenge changed all that. When Drokon emerged victorious, a fire erupted inside of him that drove him to pull the War Nation out of the ashes and bring it back to a position of dominance.

Under his command, the Orcs swiftly established a new government with respected Orcish leaders at the helm. Soon after the establishment of the Third War Nation of Krugmar, the Orcs broke ground on the city of San’Torr; a shining beacon in the middle of a desolate mesa. The new city represented hope for a new beginning, and not long after its gates welcomed the Orcs for the first time, did that hope translate to success on the battlefield.

After suffering embarrassing defeats in the mountains, the Orcs, Snow Elves, and Dwarves faced a critical battle at the fortress of the Khaganate, a newly integrated Orcish clan. For the first time in decades, the Orenian war machine ground to a halt against the walls of the fortress and the Empire of Man found itself reeling. With renewed momentum, allies rallied to the cause of the Orcs and Dwarves with the formation of the Axionite Coalition. Rebels, emboldened by the defeat of the Emperor’s forces, sprang up throughout Orenian territory and voices of dissent grew louder in every oppressed corner of the Empire. Finally, the world was waking up.

The next time the Krughai assembled to meet the Orenians, it would be at the Battle of Goldfield. There, the Krughai would crash into the armies of Man alongside their coalition allies and rise victorious. Orcish heavy infantry stood among those in the vanguard and became some of the first to clash with Orenian footmen. As bodies began to litter the field, the Krughai stood firm with limited casualties and continued to cut down human soldiers, pushing them until finally their line broke and the humans began to rout. Not since the golden ages under Rex Mogroka did victory come so easily for the Orcs.

As Drokon began to wake from his meditation, he could not help but think about the future of the Orcs whom he held so close to his own heart. Despite the criticisms he faced, Drokon cared for the Orcish people far more than they could ever realize, and finally he began to see the fruits of his labor. Krugmar was rising, and Drokon would ensure that their rise would not slow any time soon.

Week of 1/11/17

The Rex’s Message
Upon returning from my spiritual travels, I was greeted with the news that Targoth Slash’lur, along with his coalition counterparts, successfully drove back the forces of Oren from the lands of the Khaganate. Such news filled me with pride and acted as an example of our coming resurgence. There is no doubt in my mind that the forces of this new coalition, of which we are a founding member, will prevail in this conflict with the Empire. However, this confidence should not result in the slowing down of our war effort. Instead, as we begin to see the light of victory, we must continue to fight so that we may soon proclaim before our cubs that we, the War Nation of Krugmar, have risen again from the pit of despair, pulled ourselves from the dirt, and have been reborn as a power in this land.

The Axionite Coalition
Rex Drokon recently signed the Treaty of the Axionite Coalition, committing the War Nation fully to the united war efforts of the enemies of Oren. The Rex is confident that this coalition will ensure victory in our ongoing conflicts across Tahn as well as provide for the defense of San’Torr.

Krughai Promotions
The Rex personally congratulations both Mitz and Fitz of Clan Lak for their recent promotions to the rank of Nob in the Krughai. The Rex also encourages other members of the Krughai to step up and do their duties there as well.

The Coming Battles
The Krughai is asked to be sure that they attend the next two major battles in the war. Pre-fight rallies will be in front of the Krughai Citadel exactly a half hour before the scheduled start time. The Battle of Goldfield will be Saturday at 3PM EST, and the Siege of Cantal will be at 3PM EST on Sunday.

In celebration of both the Rex's return and, more importantly, the victory at the fortress of the Khanate, Rex Drokon'Ugluk welcomes all soldiers under the banner of the coalition to join him in the Rex's palace for a feast to celebrate the first victory as well as prepare for the next one. The Shamans will be asked to bless the coalition forces with strength immediately following the feast.

The Rex away with important spiritual matters that needed to be dealt with, grins upon receiving the news of the Targoths outstanding leadership and poise. A feast will be held in his honor upon the Rex's return.

In order to properly celebrate the opening of the new stronghold of Orcish civilization, San'Torr, a feast will be held in its honor at the Rex's Palace. For those who do not yet know where the new city is located, the Rex will personally lead a party from Azaghol to the new city. If one cannot make it directly to Azaghol in order to join this party, then they may utilize their Soulstone as the Orcish people are now soulbound to their new city ((ALL ORC SET-RACE/SUBRACES now connected to new city via "Home" Soulstone").

The feast will begin promptly after the Rex's party arrives and all races are welcomed to join the festivities. Should attendance be high enough, an impromptu tournament will be held in the Grand Arena with a cash prize paid directly from the Rex's coffers.

TL;DR

Addressed in the Declaration of Unity, the dark elf would find that the answer to his question is yes. He would also be encouraged to find housing via the auction, as the Shamans have a very extensive and beautifully designed district. 

There is no individual more qualified or to become a staff member. His roleplay is excellent and the way he handles himself in just regular conversation when we're not RPing is great. Would be a great addition to the team.

The Rex’s Message
With the end of the Krugzmas holiday comes a time to reflect upon the progress of the Orcish race in the past couple of Elven days. The tribe lands once again bustle with activity, and the new city is finally ready for its grand opening. As your Rex, I thank all of you for your parts in building the new city which will stand as a monument to the start of an Orcish Renaissance. I must extend my special thanks to a number of Orcs personally - Vaktismo’Azog, Mitz and Fitz Lak, Vagud’Gorkil, and Malog’Yar. Without their roles in the construction of San’Torr, I do not think that it would have been completed in such a timely manner.

The Krughai Training Sessions

It has come to the Rex’s attention that attendance at Krughai trainings has been less than satisfactory. In order for our military to be on par with that of other nations, Orcs must start attending them more frequently. To find out when trainings are, please observe the Targoth’s bulletins HERE. He does keep it up to date.

Khesig Recruitment

Khesig, personal guards of the Rex, are terribly undermanned. As such, the Rex hopes to request a new set of Khesig who have sworn undying loyalty to the Rex, Drokon’Ugluk. The current head of the Khesig is Shazul’Lur (Mabah) and she may be consulted for inquires into membership. Membership is not automatic, one must be approved by the Rex.

A Grand Opening
In one Elven Day, an announcement will be posted detailing the opening ceremonies for the new city. The new city will be welcomed with a grand feast followed by an arena tournament coming in the next few weeks. Both events will be open to all races.

The Taking on of a Warmistress

The Rex Drokon’Ugluk has chosen his Warmistress, Tulin of the Orcish Khanate, as his Warmistress. She will be introduced at a feast in her honor. Details will be posted in the coming weeks.
