  4. [if you have problems with the current time, please state on the thread so we can find a time when we can all meet.] Letters are sent to the respective Kings of their domain; Kjell Ire'eart of Kal'Mugdor, Bazian Grandaxe of Kal'Anart, Hiebe Irongut of Kal'Dwain, and Gulroid Goldhand of Kal'Alras. A meeting must be called, as the first council of the dwarven holds has yet to meet. Seeing as Kal'Mugdor is not neutral grounds for the lords, we will meet in Mount Ire. 13. [The whole point of this "breaking apart" was to become more independent so that one hold can focus on the affairs of it's own lands. It shouldn't matter what one hold does in comparison to the other holds as long as they still show up to fight for them. As for the stepping down, you never made that clear. If you didn't intend on stepping down, you should have never allowed this city state thing to go through.]
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MnpzYD5hhc The sounds of dwarves beating on ceremonial drums can be heard echoing through out Mount Anart. The sounds of hard mallets against animal skin drums signifies only one thing, there is a new king in the mountains. The sounds grow ever louder as dwarves one by one, fall in line to the sound of the beating of the drums. Grandaxe and Grimaxe alike, along with kinless dwarves all follow in to witness the coming of a new era in the northern mountain, and mountain dwarves. Night falls, the dwarves file in, taking seats as to their rank in society. Looking off in to the distance, on the far side of the hold, a single light can be seen. The light can be seen getting brighter and brighter, a flame, a torch. The dwarf comes closer, the three elders await outside of the hall for his arrival. The dwarf appears to be wearing a cerimonail gown that covers his face. The elder, Broski, slowly lifts the old dwarf's hood and smiles. With a loud, bellowing roar, Broski begins to chant.. "Onoir T’ Ceannard!" All the dwarves begin to chant to the rhythm of the drums. Bazian slowly turns towards the crowd of dwarves inside of his hall. He looks at them with a stern look upon his brow, showing teeth as he walks. Never before has Bazian been so serious about anything. He slowly walks to the front of the throne, showing pride with each step, with the three elders; Skath, Broski, and Hodor, following suit. When Bazian approaches the throne with fire in his eyes, he turns and faces his townsdwarves. The drums all hit at once, and the room falls silent. The elder broski faces Bazian and begins to speak. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYCGbjOCYPo&feature=related "Grandaxe, yah stand 'ere, proud 'nd full ov 'onor fer yah clan. Th' dwarves under yah lordship chant, Onoir T’ Ceannard! Yah are truly ment ter rule over t'ese lands 'nd t'ese dwarves. Fer when yah first set eyes upon t'is mountain 'nd claimed it fer th' Grandaxes, t'is was ah loie. Yah did nay claim t'is mountain, t'is mountain claimed yah, as roightful ruler ov it! 'nd rule yah shall!" The dwarves in the hall break into an abrupt cheer as Broski calls for the crown fashioned from gold melted down from the bowels of the earth. He puts a hand upon Bazian's shoulder and lowers him down to a kneeling position. Slowly and with depth in his actions and voice, Broski says. "In th' eyes ov th' great paragon, Urguan, ah crown yah, King ov th' Mountain Dwarves!" Broski then proceeds to place the crown upon Bazian's bald head. Bazian arises in such a serious manner that it bordered on the line of ferocity. He turns to his people, takes his axe in hand from his belt, and raises his arms high in the air. The dwarven people begin to chant once again, but this time, they chant. "Onoir T’ Ceann-Bazian!" Bazian booms his voice over the chant, but once he begins to speak, the others quickly cease their chants. "Tuday! Th' paragons smile on t'is mountain 'nd it's people! Weh 'ave been 'ardy, resilient, ever prepared fer any foe t'at comes ter challenge us! 'nd as always, weh will meet any foe wit' th' sharp edge of our axes!" "But tuday is not ov war, nay, tuday is th' birth ov ah new Kingdom. Ah kingdom, under which, us dwarves can foinally prosper ter our fullest potential! Weh will return th' dwarven name back ter th' way it was in th' rulin' days ov Kal'Urguan!" 'nd so, ah will now convene th' first membahs ov meh court! Bazian reads off a list of the members of his advising court. The Elder Council: Elder Broski Grandaxe, Elder Hodor Grandaxe, Elder Skath Grandaxe Overseer: Morgrim Grandaxe Lord Marshal: Hodor Grandaxe Grand Merchant: Skath Grandaxe ArchBishop: Hogarth Celestine Baron: Longbeard Grandaxe After the list of dwarves has been read off, Bazian sits proudly on his throne as the dwarves feast in his honor.

  16. Bazian looks up after been scribbling down the latest changes with the government. He loudly clears his throat before speaking. "In th' years long passed, t'ere 'ad been sum tensions, aye. Yah say yah want ter improve relations wit' our race, 'ow yah t'ink yah will do t'is? Mos' ov our lads are unaware ov th' 'appenins' wit' th' Ascended, but our older dwarves moight still 'old sumt'in' against yah."
  17. Upon reaching Kal'Anart, the guard fetches the lord Bazian to talk with the lad. The guard hands the parchment to Bazian and he begins to read it. At the end he gives a little chuckle saying... "Heh, weh not 'ave much dirt 'round 'ere t'at beh not attached frum th' earth." He stamps his foot on the hard stone flooring of the mountain. "Weh are mountain dwarves, weh 'ave no need ter remove such large quanities ov th' stuff. W'at yah really beh lookin' fer beh our cousins th' cave dwarves. T'ey beh mostly ov Irongut decent livin' in Kal'Dwain." Bazian points down the road in the direction of the Irongut hold. "If yah beh needin' lots ov dirt, t'at wuld beh th' place ter look, if yah already 'aven't been t'ere yet ov course." He smiles to the slightly confused dwarf. "Now t'en.. anyt'in' else ah can 'elp yah wit'?"
