How high is an average elf?

I have been role playing with my current Character "Drikk" since the move from Aegis to Asulon (Forgive my spelling), And have decided that its due time for me to create a new fresh young character to let loose into the world. What would be the best way for me to approach wanting to create this new character? So- Am I requierd to make a whole new app for the character or where I am already part of the server is there a different method?

I'm Wondering whether or not we will be required to reset our characters when the new *map* arrives? Or have we not had enough information to back this up?

But I have to pick one, so that would be blacksmith. - - 1.Thou shalt place no other gods above The Builder. I have chosen this because it shows how much dedication will come to this Guild, and by that I mean they will not mess around with religious stuff, strait to the point. I like it. - -Hammerite Voucher, this entitles the person to bypass the trial by fire quests. If you have no voucher then leave blank, be prepared for a very difficult quest - Addon; I mainly seek to join your guild because my character in game has no goal in life so far, he is a free man full of commitment and loyalty.

Walked to the dock, calmly replied to an Orc three times, before him asking me to charge at him and kill him with my axe, Axemastery 75, turns out he had 100 wrestling, not even my axe could cut through his fists :P

For some odd reason I can not change my skin... I am stuck with the default mine craft skin... I go through the stages of changing the skin and getting the confirmation message but... no changed skin... :L
