your dad is a freaking moron, you should honestly call child services unless you're not a child in which case just gtfo yourself. (child/teen. not sure how old you are.) Tell them you don't feel safe in that house due to a TORNADO that has a medium chance, which can be anything from 33%-66% I'd say, of being killed by the tornado or flying rubble because your father is too thick to know it's time to pack your **** and go seek refuge elsewhere.
