I usually just call any Elf halfbreed an impure Elf - not a play on the High Elf 'impurity' thing; I just call them impure because that's what they are.
 

Either way be prepared for the helves to cleanse you, they hate half breeds.

The prefix "tali" ("part of") is sometimes used as one uses "mali" to indicate half. Sometimes people also mesh the words if it simply sounds type or pleasing as well (Aiantas, for instance, sometimes is referred to as a "qali'ame", since his mother was qalasheen and his father was mali'ame. However, this word isn't really lore-following and is mostly used in OOC.)
