In a sentence or less, why do you want to play a Graven character: This seems really cool. I saw the gravens in Abresi once and I started doing research and they seem like a lot of fun.
What roleplay do you feel you will bring to other players as a Graven: I will be the punisher of political corruption, so now even monarchs are restricted by the law and their word.
What ghost story, if any, is your Graven based on: I didn't knowingly base him on a ghost story.
Have you been accepted for a VA or MA, and if so, how many times did it take to be accepted? If more than one separate application, please answer for all: I have had 2 characters with which I have applied for minor VAs and got accepted on my first try. My first character I tried to get a full VA for, but I got denied 2 times before he was permakilled.

What are some typical signs of your Graven manifesting:

Write a short (2-3 paragraphs) biography of your Graven's first life:
Grigory was a halfling that worked for Oren's farms. He had grown up on the farms, and it was a simple life that he enjoyed. He knew most of the other farmers there and while they complained a little bit it was mostly groundless. It was groundless until a new king took the throne. He did not think the farmers were that valuable and started to allow his guards and men to go through the farms and do whatever they wanted. They would take food, burn down houses, and they would kidnap women.
Grigory was just as tired of this as all the other farmers. They decided they would no longer send the king their food, but they needed a spokesperson. They chose Grigory to be their spokesperson. He went to the king and told him of the events, but the king did not think that they relied on the farms that much so he did nothing about it. A few weeks went by when a letter from the king came for Grigory. He was asked to come to the palace and speak with him. Grigory went and they spoke, and it was decided that things would return to the way they were on the farms before the new king came about. The farms went back to normal, but there was one change. Grigory no longer felt satisfied working on the farms. He had felt his true calling was righting the wrongful acts done by the government. He became the new spokesman for the people. He cost the king much comfort in exchange for the happiness of the citizens.
Grigory was one day working on getting the king to allow the miners to take longer breaks from mining when the king decided it had been enough. He had Grigory come to the palace as he had many times before to discuss the terms, but this time when he got there he was grabbed by guards and taken to the dungeon. He was tortured for a week before he was finally killed. His head was then put on a pike with a note saying things would return to the way they were before Grigory was around.
Pirates or Ninjas: How is this even a question the answer is obviously Ninja.
Write an open-ended encounter of your choice that involves your Graven interacting with a living person (doesn't need to be longer than a paragraph, if you aren't into heavy writing):
There is a sound of many people laughing during a quiet dinner of the noble's. He looks around wondering where it is coming from. The laughter quickly turns to screams. The noble jumps up and runs for his sword.
Vengeance: You should not try that
The noble holds his sword pointed at him
Noble:Who are you and how did you get in here?
Vengeance:Who I am is unimportant. Who you are is what is important.
Vengeance reaches for his collar
The noble swings his sword cutting Vengeance's midsection
Vengeance grabs the noble's collar and looks deep into his eyes
The noble starts to scream and cry.
Vengeance then drags him to a secluded room and proceeds to torture him until he begs for death.
Vengeance then kills him.
