    Hello everybody, I havent been on the server since the trailer of teh Black Scourge Antagonist, but am planning to jump back in this summer. I have read much of the lore to familiar with whats going on In game. But I would greatly appreciate if one of you guys could fill me in on the some of the rules, for example I cant seem to find the Villain Application section any more. Is that because the rules have changed just as the magic use rules have changed? Thanks.

      No more VAs or MAs, no raider cap but 24-hour wait time after raids are done (probably soon to be changed, everybody wants it changed), Oren and Urguan are at war which is the source of current drama... I think that's it? Oh, we're in 3.5, the Fringe, which is freebuild with purchasable protection.
