A letter arrives on the desk of the High Treasurer, Patrick Denims, addressed from Myoni. Dear Serrah, It has come to my attention that you sold my bookstore to an officer of the White Rose. I simply wish to alert you to the previous purchase and current usage of said property. Ser Charles Greymane purchased the Bookstore from Lord Throdo Theirving four Elven days past, and donated it to my cause. The day that you and this White Rose soldier visited my store to purchase it, I was in the process of creating the signs, and scribing books, which as I'm sure you know is a long process. I deeply regret that confusion came to past but I have to question the reason of this man's purchase of my store. Recently he attempted to extort goods from me, and when I denied him, he threatened me with violence and insulted my virtue by naming me a *****. I ask that you destroy his record of purchase, what you do with his payment is of your concern but I would not chastise you for keeping it in exchange for his deception. If you do not believe my words in the matter you have no more than to speak with Lord Throdo, Ser Charles, or Ser Uthor about my claim to the property of this bookstore. I also request the name of this individual for the reporting of his violence and criminal behavior in my store. The other I will know of most soon from the High Treasurer as he made the foolish mistake of mentioning his false purchase of my store. A young woman, dressed in a dirtied silk tunic of foreign cut and colors, sat outside on the gate's doorstep... awaiting a mage or someone to hear her plea or allow her inside. She was covered in frost from the cold winds and snow that howled across the mountains the Keep saddled between. She rocked there from the chill of her indignant encampment of the Guild's gates. A tiny flame flickers in her hand, and small book pouch rests against the bars of the gate, overflowing with leather-bound bibles, ink vials and quills. She's pale from sickness or nature. The Goblins tease her from the gate, though they are in arms reach she never reaches to inflict her frustrations or angers upon them, she simply sits, waiting to be heard... As the sunsets on her second day in front of the castle, she departs, still rather consumed with her pension to enter from the tension that was in her shoulders. Night passes uneventfully, however as daybreaks, any who walks the castle discover fresh footprints leading in from the balcony that connects the Novitate, leading into the Atrium, where she is discovered once more, unconscious curled into the corner around a dirty mug from the bar. Her determination is amendable, but is her trespass too great? (( And yes I was able to climb into the castle. ))

The Knight returns to Lancel's chambers, bearing a letter in response to his words. "Your Majesty; Your word carries great weight where ever it travels serrah, a word only, amongst your family or friends would bring would outweigh even my loudest protests. A letter arrives in the Keep of the White Roses, addressed to Commander Arjen de Sarkozy, and promptly delivered to his desk or other such item of theirs to hold their mail. Another two letters, addressed to Uthor and Althos Silverblade also arrives at their estate. As well, pinned to door of Myoni's bookstore, the same letter resides. "Dear friends; It is my deepest regrets to inform you that our Military, the Order of White Roses, has allowed criminal activity into its ranks. My humble bookstore, has fallen prey to the few who prey on others and abuse their ranks to personal gain at the expense of others. Today, my store was assaulted with the presence of two such individuals attempting to extort my property through violence and their liberal interpretation of their duty. In the process they assaulted and battered a friend and patron of mine who came to my aid heroically. I pray to those who read this to expel and purge these men from their positions so that justice can be met upon them in their true forms, as crooks, criminals, lairs and deceivers. They claim that I trespass upon my own land and threaten violence upon me should I dispute. (( In the personal versions of the letters, do not read if you are not receiving the letter personally.)) I pray to what Gods may hear me that you aid me my friends, I would rather die than have these brutes rob me of my dream, and I will raise steel to defend it. Your guess true de Sarkozy, Adeon is one, the other however claims to be an officer, his eyes are blue with a thick mustache and beard, he claims that I trespass on land he purchased from the High Treasurer; he constantly insults my virtue of virginity. The other, he leaps to action without provocation. Poor Raomir Armon has received both of their violences this day, a patron who stood up in my defense. (( Sadly any collection I undertake will be a personal one. @Birdwhisperer, no my one, and only shop is in Oren's Capital of Horengrad; I have not even visited Malinor since I killed off Winter. Maybe someday I'll open a store there, but for now my only locations in mind are in Oren. ))

In cities and keeps, monasteries and Inns, posters hang of an offer, for literature... Greetings! I am Myoni Hartsdottir, and it is my dream to bring the world of literature to all who wish to grasp it. A lost art only appreciated by Lords and Ladies, Princes and others of higher class; I seek bring the wonders of books to any who wonder through my doors. However, my shelves are empty and I have no books to sell, no stories to tell, which is why you see these posters. I am paying anyone and everyone to author books, stories, histories, guides, biographies,religious texts and maps, and send them to me. I will pay as books sell, and you'll recieve a stipend of what the book sold for, I can not give all of what I sell to you as I'd like as I do have to buy paper and binding, pay taxes where ever I sell my books, and all of this can be expensive. If you want to sell your stories, pen them up in a letter and send them my way, I'll read, revise and sell them! Or if you can't write, come to my store; I always love to hear them. OOC: As some may know I recently received a bookstore in Oren, and I have no books to sale! So I'll be taking any and selling them as is wished. If you'd like to publish a story, write it up in a post below, or a GoogleDoc, or post a link below and Roleplay it in letter or visit format. I'll copy the texts into book form, and sale them. PLEASE DO NOTE: Oren is a very religious place, so any texts of religious practice or doctrine not of Oren belief will be labeled and taxed heavily, and texts of her enemies could banned from sale outright. I will not however, have any book burning as we are sponsored by Imperial Royalty. Should any texts remain unsold for any lengthy duration of time, they will unbound and remade, I wish to keep this bookshop open, not create a collection. As well, I will be frequenting the Literature sections of the forums, and contacting those whose stories I enjoy about publishing them, I will not publish anything written by a Permanently Banned Player or party. I have decided that I will be selling maps of Oren in addition to literature, as I still enjoy my travels and I will do my best to create them as I can. As well I would like to thank Ser Black for donation of Ink to my humble store, and with that I will be announcing that books will be -sold- rather than rented, and all proceeds will go to the creation of new books as well as payment of authors and Mapmakers (and keeping me alive to sell them!). I will be making my home in the book store in one of the adjacent rooms. I will also be offering my services as a scribe and writer as well as a teacher if needed. I take great heart in capturing the stories of Oren's heroes and their triumphs, and so the first book I will have available is Lord Blackmont's Conquest of Seventis. I will not turn away any Oren literature that is of quality no matter its subject, a man of Religion should be a man of wisdom, and the conquest of knowledge is a wise pursuit. But following the request of my donors, I will stamp any books that contain heretical or otherwise pagan ideals for their content. Calling for all Willing purses... I recently arrived in the City of Horengrad with nothing more than a broken sword and five minas. I'm still here... only without the minas, and with a dream. To restore and open the Library at the corner of Row Street and Topside Avenue. Books are my passion and I wish to bring them to Oren Capital so everyone can know the joy of knowledge as I do should they wish it. Broke as I am, I can not realize this dream on my own, so please I ask the citizens of Oren to share the gift of education with all. A new section of bulletin board is erected in Cloud Temple, baring the seal of House Silverblade and an emblem of a snowflake behind a crossed hammer and sword. I cannot offer a permant afixture of the posiion, but I only ask to be provided tools, materials, and a small plot of land of your choosing. My structures are strong, useful, and decent in appearance and I work quickly, effiecently, and always with a plan. Riiiight... Back on topic... As a lot of people think a premade map is a must for a move, I thought I'd rough in a map I'd expand on later, tell me what y'all think? The whole map is 8000 blocks in Diameter, so the continent is about 2000-3000 blocks in total length. If you saw my Orphan project, yall saw what I can do with about 600x600 and I intend to fill the space with just as much attention and detail. Now some suggestions for somethings, and a few illustrations. The map is Mostly covered in mountains, they divide sections of the map, like the area around the bay is fields of green before it's broken into mountains, on the west side; Elven-style Forests, etc. On the East, Jungles and rainforests that hook down to the south end. On the Northern part of the map it's harsh terrain, tundras, and barren frozen wasteland. "What about the Orc desert!?" Desert doesn't really fit the cinematic or geological sense in the creation of the map, so I was thinking about making a new type of area that combines barren stone, mycelium, dirt, clay, dead wood trees, gulleys, and ravines, and trees of Giant Mushrooms as the plant life, and I planned to stick this in a pocket I create with the mountains where it still has access to the plains around the bay, but can still be told distinctly where the boundary lies. "Dwarves and Mori?" Mountains, hur. I'll be forcing MASSIVE cave system generation through out the entire map, maybe a volcano or two, and access to the ocean through the cave system, your archetypes are covered.
