Most of the things you're talking about like not being able to leave their jobs might be in today's world. But it's something that can be worked out with the free speech and gradual improvement, and the reduction of the corporatists in government. Gradual improvement of capitalism which has been occurring since its inception works, whereas violence induced communism and fascism cannot.
The civil war was not a premeditated ideology based upon the destruction of slavery via a war. It was just what happened. Communism and fascism are.

in an effort to not **** up the thread, it's not evasive-- nothing i said was 'well, you shouldn't say these words because new players won't like it' or 'black people won't like it' or whatever. My reasons were that the server shouldn't stand for racism and that it's shown that it doesn't to some extent so why not fully act on the principles? Racism is bad stomp it out of the server. Homophobia is bad sotmp it out of the server. etc.
