Problem is all the griefing they are doing cant be traced back, E.g: Item frames, Horse..

Well, horses I believe are allowed to be stolen as there is a RP justified reason to take it. Items frames you may be right, but I bet the brew stands can (I think), and any blocks they break to get to these items can be logged. Take a snapshot of your place before you leaves next time so you can see what is missing.

Essentially you are just screwed without regions. All you get are people justifying griefing and using random blocks to get into your home. When you BR it, you don't get any help either.
