  1. damn bro, when you make a player report on a staff member and you get hit with that fat 'feedback noted'

I see you are having a hard time understanding so let me try and break it down so you can understand it....

the idea is that if the playerbase is watching then the staff is less likely to bend or break the rules in order to help out a friend at the expense of a regular player.

If the staff were to blatantly ignore the rules on purpose to help their friends in a forum that was available for the entire playerbase to see, then there would be accountability, while there would be very little to none if it was in a place that was hidden from the general playerbase.

The staff recently said themselves that they were working on transparency to increase trust in the staff with the playerbase, hiding the report on a staff member is the exact opposite way to do so.

So let me say it once again, I want the staff to make the judgment on the report, but I want it to be publicly viewable so that there is accountability.

All reports should be private imo.

We've had this system in place for years and it's to streamline the complaints and issues relating to members of the server that are on staff. If you post a report and I review it and you don't like the verdict by all means voice it publicly to the community, but don't call foul before even using the system and calling it flawed beforehand.
