Most definately, the faction leaders and second in commands of the groups on the server more or less have fulltime jobs to keep things going in the right direction. Same goes for staff and none are being payed for it so such work is much appreciated, there are however as you've mentioned always a interest in improving and putting up positive changes which can be made. It is afterall human nature to try and improve that which we already have, may that lead to bad or good things is uncertain but hopefully the latter.

We trust you and definately appreciate all the work the staff puts in to make the server what it is, there are a lot of past experiences holding most people back in trusting the LoTC staff but hopefully the current team can prove what a proper team looks like.

I've seen completely normal RP posts get removed for no apparent reason, but having been around for so long i've gotten used to it at this point.
