      It's either way. Both are mildly similar while also being different. I'd probably say Dwarf though if you aren't a fan of PvP, aren't a big villainy person, and don't really have a plan on what to do once you do make a new character. (IE you don't plan to make a character who wants to be an Orcish Shaman or Dwarven priest ect.)
