      As someone once told me, "I guess it's just a matter of perspective." As for my RP comments they are how my character was during those moments. I keep my RP and OOC as distant as the sun and moon if I can help it. I don't see anything wrong with my character's RP.

      Simple jabs like such are not good behavior to have when you are suppose to be an unbiased GM, it could make you appear biased. And as for my behavior I don't see how its unbecoming at all? Have a directly insulted anyone or used ugly language?

      I don't see my question as unreasonable, if he is to become a member of this community's staff he should be questioned just like the rest for is that not the right of the players? Also idle threats such as you said are exactly what I'm worried about from possible-soon-to-be GMs.
