Divkinael Zelios turns away from his comrades. A sniffle is forced out of the Divkinael. He coughs heavily before stammering out, “van’ayla lliran. You are dismissed.” He walks off to the workshop. His sabaton clangs against the floor loudly, each step exerting more force than the next. The elf angrily tears down a barrel containing his stash of alcohol. A modest supply lays before him, but his eyes are immediately diverted to one specific bottle. A bottle of Pruvian Port, Vintage 1767 lays clearly visible among the rest of the filth. His trembling hands take possession of the bottle, the only item that can possibly bring some relief in the situation. The elf quickly uncorks the bottle of his favorite vintage and takes a five second pull. The world around him seemed to slow down with grief overtaking him once more. Tears drip down his face as he drinks alone in the workshop. He recounts Celiasil’s courageous charge towards the Inferi camp. The fearless commander that was able to run through Mali’Flame unscathed to meet the enemy in battle. Rows upon rows of Inferi grunts fell to the elf’s flaming blade of purity. The ginger elf seemed unstoppable. In fact, the Okarir’tir is unstoppable. Only stopping his service on his own accord for his own reasons. The alcohol finally sinks into his system. His cries grow louder with each passing one. His tears continue streaming down his cheeks and drip onto his cloak of the Silver State. “Oh Larihei! We have lost you! Now we have lost your greatest servant!” A line echoes in Zelios’ mind. A line his comrades have repeated many times. He yells out, “LONG LIVE CELIASIL URADIR. MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA!” The wails of the Divkinael are added to the growing number of cries within the city. At that moment, Hektor returns to the workshop. A sack of mina awaits the human for his loyalty to the state.

Divkinael Zelios stands in front of the Dio Astore apartment complex. He discusses the logistics of the armory when a Sillumiran dispatch is given to him from the compound. A frown emerges on the Divkinael's face upon seeing the courier, expecting the contents inside. He reluctantly unfurls the order, breaking the seal. His eyes widen upon seeing the title, "Yielding Command." His hands grip the copy of the missive harshly, as he continues to read through the contents. The Divkinael mutters to himself, "he... actually left us... A black day for all of Elcihi." Looking at Elpidius @Imperfectionist and Hektor @JK_Bizcuits, "comrades… come with me." He absent-minded walks up to the second floor of the building after muttering out the news to the two beside him. He knocks on doors four and five to alert his fellow comrades of the news. "Sillumir Kolvar @Eden DayDusk, Sillumir Glynfir @CrymsonBlade, Halerir Finnick @SkrtSkrt3231, Halerir Alto @JusticeKing." The elf stops for a moment, grief overtaking him. "Our Okarir'tir, Celiasil Uradir has resigned from his position. The elf who had fought the servants of Iblees, the first descendent who breached the walls of the Inferi camp..” He stops once more, finishing his announcement of the news, “he no longer holds all the woes of the city on his shoulders. We are now the ones responsible. Let us make sure his legacy is upheld. Training in two Elven days lliran.”

Dear Miss Maehr’tehral, More competition only creates a better result for that of Elcihi. Welcome then dear opponent to the contest for Okarir’nor. After all, it is the right of Mali‘Thill to voice their opinions. However, your “wide and concrete” plans are nothing, but narrow and superficial. It goes without saying improving foreign relations and trade will benefit Haelun’or. Now shall we get on with the real ideas? Besides stating the obvious and wasting our time, where are your real plans to allow for growth? I see nothing, but vague promises that will lead to the same result as if our absent Okarir’nor. I stated my positions, perhaps you should state yours too? You claim to know our people, but you are as absent as the current Okarir’nor, please do explain to me and the rest of the population how you are able to understand the PRESENT situation. Need I remind you the resignation of the previous Okarir’nor was purely due to her absence from work and public life. You are admittedly a longer resident of the city than I, but we are not in the days of the Diarchy or the Revolution. The situation has changed, so perhaps you should take your time to speak to the returning ‘Thill, understand the state of the New Republic, or recognize the slow economy as of late before attempting to make the claim of your knowledge about the matter. Let us touch base upon your qualifications. Using your family blood as the largest selling point is unbefitting of a ‘Thill when you compete among fellow ‘Thill. You are once again vague as you have NOTHING to speak of besides the accomplishments of your Talonii. Shall we focus on your prior experience where you have stated you have earned no position? As for myself? I returned to the Silver Bastion’s gates 4 tarem or Elven weeks ago. I became a Tahorren of the Sillumiran when I was nominated. I now stand as a Divkinael of the Sillumiran. I have brought in many ‘Thill into our walls and given them purpose. What have you done for Elcihi? Signed, Divkinael Zelios

*Zelios sends out an open letter to in response to the nomination* Thank you Elahern, for the honour that is your nomination. I, Zelios of the Sillumiran, gladly accept the nomination for the benefit of elcihi. I may be relatively new to the city as I had only but recently returned from the valah lands, but I believe I have the education necessary for the position of Okarir’nor. For those unfamiliar with who I am, I ask you to refer to my service with the Sillumiran. My competency regarding logistics can be displayed in my early promotion to tahorren. Through proven tangibles such as amount of people processed at the gate or the quality in which reports are issued, I have displayed my ability to dedicate myself to a line of work and truly make a difference in its efficiency. By any metric, I have successfully done my job well as Sillumiran. With the incoming changes to the state of the world, it is apparently obvious to any empirical eye that our economy can no longer stay with the old ways. Our perfection, our purity is at stake where we will not be able to equip ourselves for the coming future. We rely on an antiquated system used by the diarchy, which is a complete relic of the past in the context of our new republic. It is my goal then to modernize such system through three broad strokes. As Okarir’nor I will be attempting to reform our monetary policy, fiscal policy, and regulations regarding the economy. I will now go on to briefly explain what these three broad strokes mean. To successfully create long lasting monetary policy, I propose the creation of a central bank that will implement a country for Haelun’or. The currency will take the majority of our work as monetary policy will require constant acquisition of data and the appropriate reaction to the data based on our analysis. Our economy has slowed, and we had not done much in terms of fiscal policy to alleviate our population. Fiscal actions regarding taxes will be needing heavy scrutinization in the future years to come. Lastly, regulations will be needed regarding private banks. As of now, we have none and perhaps that will remain so for a few more elven weeks. Yet, I have sneaking suspicion as the years go on, we might suddenly have the need for such things. I believe we need to set up a regulatory commission for banks and businesses should be heavily considered in the following years. That is a brief overview of my plan, but if there are any who have questions, do not hesitate to ask me.

Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. Character’s name: Faustus Erucius Romanus Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human - Highlander Character’s age: 19 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Faustus Erucius Romanus, was born to Statius Erucius Romanus, of the familia Erucius and the Gens Romanus. He has always been an ambitious boy since birth, even though, he was born to plebs in a unnamed villages, in the Duchy of Istria, in the Reformed Kingdom of Oren. His community was very devoted to the Holy Light, with worshippers constantly, praying around the town. There was a very big emphasis on books with many people devoted to researching the magical arts. From arcane magic to not the dark magic. These men would be looked down upon, as the village as whole was focused on labor, and saw these men as nothing but scum. His town i They lived in a rural area where the fields were plenty, and work was plenty. Orcs were always a small threat to the village, but there haven't been occasions where they attacked and stole men into slavery. He was disconnected with his mother since birth with little time spent since his time as a baby. Once Faustus reached the age of 6, he would begin to work the fields with his father, now a common thread to his life. He first struggled, not wishing to do hard labor on something so rudimentary such as food. To attempt to “bribe” Faustus, his father would reward him with money for him to become literate, in exchange for his devoted attention to the rudimentary task. Although Faustus would accept for his benefit, he always looked at the soldiers passing by his small village. Praying to the Holy Light, each day with his devotion to faith, he wished to become such a soldier one day, and last childhood. Each day when he had time, Faustus would play with sticks and such pretending they were blades. Faustus made friends with other like-minded individuals at his magic. Faustus, eventually reached a point where he would desire material wealth before many things. He would steal small items, from neighbors and other people wherever he saw the chance. He was never caught as the things he stole, was of too few or insignificant. Nevertheless, with this wealth he would acquire a short stabbing sword. With this sword, he would go on hunts, with this disadvantage. He learned how to sneak up to animals, to eventually stab them for meat. But during his first encounter with a wild pig, he would hesitate before stabbing, and weeping silently away from the group after he got the kill. Slowly through killing, he would be rid of this feeling towards pigs. Faustus became very religious after his hunts. Constantly praying under his breath or praying out loud. He would believe his devotion would eventually give him strength in other areas. He became serious of becoming a soldier, once he was of age. He became constantly, practicing with his new-found sword with his friends, even sometimes missing his duties in the fields. His father scolded him for this, but his determination, of learning such arts of combat, never stopped. He sold unnecessary materials he owned, for books of warfare, and the kingdoms of old. From reading about the first Kingdom of Oren, to the brief mentions of magic, he realized the military was one of the only ways for a boy from a mere village like him. He would stop to skip his shifts, after seeing the family expenses, but it would never stop his drive. At the age of 14 he was taken to Petrus the "Jewel of the Humans." He marveled at such architecture, and the towering walls. He was quickly educated of the great rich history of the capital, smiling as he realized he has been in the the capital of the empire. He became patriotic of his race, wishing it to rise above all, but he also realized all the other races, must have some type of great structures such as the ones in Petrus. He will never underestimate another race, but wishes to advance his own. With a few days of touring from his father's expense he returned home. At the age of 15, he had a accident during one of his “trainings.” His friend Marcus, would have slashed Faustus’s left shoulder with live steel, but as a low speed only leaving a cut which would turn into a scar. In a rage, Faustus would stab his friend multiple times in the gut, while in the woods. The body went limp to the ground with his friend crying and muttering words of “Why?” before he died. Faustus shook in rage, before growing sad and broken before stabilizing himself. He would quickly burn the body. Suddenly he smiled as the smoke rose and the pyre consumed the man. With a slight laugh, he took a spark of a fire, to light a tree containing a nest of birds. As the birds chirped and flew away, he laughed sadistically. As the flames rose, he saw a red body and blade coming out of the dense treeline. Seeing the goblins, he quickly ran as he ran in fear. Behind him, he could hear the rustling of the body. He would never find out what the goblins did with his good friend’s body. He would then return home, never speaking of the situation again. There were mentions around town of a child gone, but nobody ever found out what happened to Marcus. The day had come for Faustus. He has lived in this unnamed village his entire life. It was time for his travels, to come to the capital of the duchy. The recent plague killed many in the village, and killed many soldiers as well, so he knows the demand will be high. He was age 19 now, a few years above the required age to serve, and helped enough with family finances , to give himself assurance, that his father would be fine. Faustus, soon started his journey after his goodbyes, arriving at the capital of the Duchy. He quickly looked for an inn, to sleep for the day, ready to join the unique and organized army of this duchy.
