Character’s name: Aledren Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Elven Character’s age: 413 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Aledren, born in a cavern in the Elven City of Luminaire, had a long journey of life ahead of him. Born into a working class family, it was not long until he was put to daily tasks. His Father was a working blacksmith, who crafted armor for the soldiers, and his mother worked as a breeder for local leather workers. Aledren, not wanting to appear as a wimp, chose to follow his fathers footsteps. Time passed, Aledren's hands began appearing and feeling as if they've been put to work. He became somewhat familiar with the mines. He eventually began spending more time in the mine shafts than he would on the surface! As soon as Aledren was becoming comfortable with his life, the Black Scourge attacked. Many Elven soldiers, women and children, were slaughtered. Aledren and his father were in the mines when the commotion occurred. They fled, with the assumption that their home and Aledren's mother was already gone. A group of Elven were able to flee unto the Equinox Grove. Here, they set up home again. The Black Scourge attacking gave Aledren more than enough knowledge to know he never wishes to see a day of combat. He just wished to be safe. Once in Equinox Grove, the Elves realized some men would have to sacrifice, and be recruited into the Guard. Aledren's father volunteered. He begged him not to join, not to risk making him become an Orphan. His father said it was for a greater good, and Aledren should continue mining to supply the soldiers. Aledren did not object further than this, and agreed. His days were yet again spent in the mines. However, shortly after the arrival, Aledren's fear came to life once again. The fate that the Black Scourge would attack once again was reality. Waters frozen over, Nienna Calm stolen from the island. Aledren's father was murdered trying to protect the Island. Spiders and the Bloodshard corrupted the Equinox Grove. Aledren saddened from this, felt as if he was no longer safe. Scared and saddened from his Father's passing, he vowed to never return to this group of Elves, for all he saw in them was impending danger. Aledren traveled throughout Vailor, pickax and a small bag of coin and clothes on his back. He headed towards the one place he believed wealth and happiness would provide him. The Kingdom of Oren. He soon became acquainted with the local area, found a contractor for mining, and got back into the mines to continue his work. Personality Traits: Easy-going, loves social interaction, enjoys mining with others. Ambitions: Wishes to become a great miner, in memories of his father. Strengths/Talents: Good listener, striving miner, sturdy hands for work. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Fear of all battle, avoids any conflict, wishes to not be confronted.
