You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) As Melba settle onto the cushion, she meets the old hag’s gaze. She replies, “I come seeking a new life, free from the grasp of my family’s strict rule. My journey has led me here to this place where I hope to begin anew and discover the world outside my birth village.” The thought of never seeing her family again makes her nervous, but she can’t stop remembering the long days and nights at home. The callouses on her hands were still raw and red. “All I have known in my life is farming, and I want to finally undertake that without my father taking all the profit.”

whats the deal with the eclipse thing. shouldn't the entire world be a frozen hellscape if the sun has been blocked out for more than a few days, let alone irp months?
or have staff just not changed it back. or its just a "dont think about it too hard its just meant to look cool, moment"-

@Elennanorewould be good if staff did a world event saying like 'everything feels cold, or plants are dying' so more people knew what to do. doesn't even have to be realistic, just SOMETHING
