calculusdesola 1658 Share Posted July 1, 2014 Better to not try and use any one person's particular character from whatever order, faction or kingdom they're from, as this will just spark debate and pixel tears. You should work on custom characters and, if anything, offer player choice in regards to what faction they join, if this is meant to be an RPG. Also, I'm in agreement that there should be player-made characters in game, as in, you create your own upon making a new game. It would be pretty chill. Tortek 51 Share Posted July 5, 2014 Feedback Well this just sounds fantastic and I can't wait to see it come to fruition. Now I think it'd be really cool to be given the choice to choose your "class" (like Wizard, Fighter, etc) and when doing that having to search for and seek the guidance of someone who's already a Master Wizard or Master Fighter to teach you. I know I'd love to have to find someone like Ambros or Blundermore and have them teach me magic in a single player rpg game. I also think it'd be great to be able to travel and visit all the different nations like the Dwarves, Elves, Orcs, etc. Thanks for taking our feedback and best of luck to you on this project. EDIT: I also think having a system similar to Dungeons and Dragons regarding abilities and skills would be great. So having a set number of possible "ability" points that you can put into different Physical or Mental abilities. These abilities would then affect your characters skills. Ex) Physical: Strength / Constitution / Dexterity Mental: Intelligence / Wisdom / Charisma Character Application Character Name: Tortek Silverfist Race: Dwarf Positions: Tortek was Forge-Lord and headed the Dwarven Smithing Guild for the majority of Asulon and the temp map Kalos. Tortek also had the position of Archbishop within the Dwarven Clergy during Anthos. His Personality: Tortek's a fairly easy going dwarf however he's easy to upset if remarks are made toward his smithing work. He is also more prone to listening to outsiders and possibly heeding their word. Character Appearance: Tortek's an average sized Dwarf at about 4 feet 2 inches. He obtained the scare on his left side from when the Drakes attacked Kal'Dwain in Asulon.
