Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: RolePlay is something you can act upon, usually with a character. In other words you act real as of you were a real person. You strictly stay IC and RP yourself as whatever you would like too. RPers are expected to use good grammar while creating a backbone to their character. Always refrain from abbreviations, similes faces and other.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Using OOC information ICly. Like names, something you saw in forum and use it IC.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Something that is imposible in real life. Like jump of a high cliff and get out with no damage, no broken bones etc.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Wood Elf and Maiar.

 

What gender are they?: - Male 

 

How old are they?: - 250 years

 

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Life for Xillias turned that he was born half elf, half maiar. His father was a maiar and somehow he met a wood elf. Xillias was born in the forest his mother was born. The forest was a part of a major realm Aegis, in The Fringe. Father was a traveler, Xillias never known his name. Mother - Aeiar - lived with him in the same forest. He was a son of 2 mixed races, so he had unusuall skills, like: shapeshifting, extremely good skills and abilities with a bow and an arrow.

Xillias early years were hard, because of his unusual look. He also believed in The Old Faith since his childhood. He was a traveler as well, always going more and more from his home forest. He also tried to search for his father, but as he was a maiar – it was hardly imposible. When he grown up, said goodbye to his mother and left. Until now he didn't do nothing amazing, but willing to do in his travel.

 

What are they like? (personality): - always sleeps in a tree top, very careful, traveler, if he sees something he never saw, he must study it, examine, talk to and else.

 

What are their ambitions?: - Travel around the world, train his archery skills and sharpen his magical powers.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Advantages: Very good with bow, hunting, Druid Magic (shapeshift).

Weaknesses: not very skilled in close combat with swords, doesn't know much about herbals, not trusting many people.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - Half wood elf, half maiar: Like a normal human, white hair, blue eyes, long elf ears, always carrying a bow, knife, regular wood elf cloting with a hood, covering his face.

-Your biography is filled with typos and errors.

-You cannot apply as part Maiar. Maiar dont exist in Lord of The Craft.

-You need to expand upon your biography, what was his actual life like...? What did he do? How'd he get good at a bow.

-Your minecraft skin is not suitable for a wood elf. Wood elves have dark skin, and light colored hair.

-The Fringe and Aegis are 100% different realms.
