How did you hear about us?: - I heard of this server from Lady_Amaya

What do you think the server will be like? - I am hoping for a real rp server without people who are constantly asking for trouble OOC.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - I have read and agree with the rules.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - 

• You can't use any client-side modifications that give you an advantage over other players, like; speed-hacking, x-ray vision, fly-hacking. You can however, use cosmetic and aesthetic modifications such as shader mods, Optifine and minimaps. I agree with this rule most because of my history with hackers and it irritates me when others do not follow real rules.

Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:-Yes I understand that if I choose to be "evil" that there are set restrictions.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so maybe we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules):-No the rules are clear and make sense.

 

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying (as I understand it) is playing as a character that has his/her own life and history, this can be either IRL or IGL (in game life), roleplaying can be a little bit of fun for some but for many it is a "second life" where they can have a set goal or mission.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is using information you know OOC in game while IC, say you have information your home of Haelun'or is under attack and your in the Kingdom of Urguan, your friend OOC tell's you of this and you go to your home to fight, this would be metagaming as your character has used OOC information.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is forcing another to perform an action apon another character without their consent, eg "Rothin slices Aria in half through her heavy armor killing her" this would not be normally  fair hence is powergaming.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

What’s your character called?: - Rothin Shadowyth

 

What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Dark Elf 

 

What gender are they?: - Male

 

How old are they?: - 60

 

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Rothin has been told he was born asleep, not screaming or with his eyes open, no he was born quiet and the Elven doctor told his mother Rin that she was half way through infertility from the Iblees cures while the son was progressing causing a negative effect and that the son was as good as dead, Rothin's father didn't accept that this was true and using the magic of necromancy handed down to him from his father and his father before him Regin saved his son with the help of the damned. This was the beginning of the tale of Rothin, his father decided to begin training Rothin in the ways of Necromancy if indeed it came a time when he would need the help of others. Although the training didn't last long for Rothin feared the dark  creatures of hell and ran from his home at the young age of 26, having only half understood everything that his father taught him. He ran for Okarn'fenn where he was to live out another 20 years of his life. But his father was angry and wanted his son to understand, so Rothin was hunted by his father for years until he finally gave in to begin anew although he refused to learn the ways of necromancy. Rothin traveled through the The Imperium of Oren where he was despised by the human kind, he then traveled through small towns until he eventually arrived at San'Orka where the Orcs wished for nothing but fights and violence which Rothin was willing to give. After his short time in San'Orka he traveled back to his home to begin his training by now he is of 60 and that is where our story continues... 

 

What are they like? (personality): - Rothin is a fighter but compassionate he will stand for what he believes until the very end, though if even his enemies came to him for personal help he would give them the advice they need. Rothin is quite attracted to the water although he never knew why.

 

What are their ambitions?: - Rothin wishes to finish his studies under his father then escape the Dark Elves to live with the Wood Elves that he finds intriguing. On his travels he wishes to learn Hydromancy and the way of the water.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Rothin has a dark scar on his heart for which he received at birth, this scar fills his blood with a dark force he does not yet understand, he is weak from his over compassionate heart at times and can drop a weapon in combat if he loves the one he fights. Rothin is however a magnificent climber, better than most Dark Elves, aswells as these skills he has his natural ability with dual swords which makes him a deadly foe. Though he hates to wear armor which leaves him quite vulnerable.  

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - Rothin has the skin of the grey bat and eyes of the earth his hair is dark and tattered from his evil birth. He also always carry's with him a crystal bottle containing water of an unknown origin by which he came to possess from his mother.
