That means, you can't build a giant floating castle, or a physics-defying tower! Be sensible when you build. Also, if you're underground, make sure you add supports to the area, else it would logically collapse. - I like this rule because I hate it when I'm exploring and run into some man made structures that don't look anything like their surroundings... It really ruins the experience Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:-I understand most combat rules, and I know what you can and cant do if I were to choose to be a villain. Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so maybe we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules):- I am not entirely sure about the whole RP fighting aspect of the game. Definitions These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person! What is roleplaying?: - To act as another character that you, yourself are not. Ex: You act like a crazy Uruk, meanwhile you are a self contained human being. What’s metagaming?: - Applying knowledge gained outside of the game, into the game itself, which thus is not fair role playing. Ex: Knowing the name of another character before actually talking to them, and thus greating them with their name. What’s powergaming?: - Roleplaying to your advantage, and forcing the other player to bend to your will. Ex: While roleplaying with another person, you threaten to kill them, if they don't give you minas. If they refuse, you keep threatening or you dodge any kind of duel, and thus the other player is forced to give you minas, outside of his/her own will In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: - Avariss What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Dark Elf What gender are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 67 Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Avariss was born in Anthos and raised in Malinor. He was the only child, which isn't rare in a young elf family. His father was a shop keeper, and made most of the families money, while his mother was a farmer, and helped supply the family with food to eat. He didn't live luxurious and he didn't live starved of money. He lived right in the middle, and lived a very happy early life. After years of growing up with his family, Avariss decided that he wanted to be a farmer. After years of following his Fathers ways, word spread about the ships heading to Athera. The moment word caught Avariss' ear, he knew instantly that this was the start of his new life. The next day he hopped on the ship for Dark Elves, and sailed to Athera, for adventure. Once they docked in Athera, Avariss had no idea what to do next, but we all know, that's the best part of adventures. Avariss started walking, to where he knew not. But he let the paths take his feet, was he going to be a mighty warrior or a poor farmer, he knew not. He struggled through the tough terrain of Athera, and at the top of a hill, he glanced on a mighty city. He wondered, "are there any other dark elves out there." And thus, went searching for a town for people of his own kin. What are they like? (personality): - They are very out going, and love to meet people. They are fairly peaceful, but are willing to fight, if the occasion comes. What are their ambitions?: - To start a good life, meet lots of friends, and become one with the earth and its riches. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - I am fairly patient, well at least more than my peer dark elves, and excel at working on my own, and with others. I have trouble with voicing my opinion and willingly following others. Give us a description of how they look?: - Avariss has fairly dark skin, with pale white hair, and blood shot red eyes. He is the average height for Dark Elves. He constantly wears his favourite purple robe, and he loves it.
