[Connection Issues] Support Post

I am writing this on behalf of a player who recently applied, one 'Stealthy Burrito'. She is a good friend, and for some reason cannot connect to the server from her home. This is clearly a problem with her internet, as the server allows her to log on elsewhere, for example at a friends house, but she cannot get on through her own home network. I will provide all information mine craft gives, but perhaps one of the staff knows something of what settings her internet perhaps needs.
