"On the 6th of Deep Cold, 1508, the Haense Levy is hereby created within the Duchy of Haense. All capable men between the ages of 16-60 are required to serve in the defense of the Duchy and the Kingdom of Oren in times of war. Those who do not wish to serve may hire a mercenary to take their place. A training session will be held once every 2 Saints Weeks in order to ensure the levy is capable of following orders and warfare."
