Wolf Breeding Bug

[b]Nature of the bug:[/b] Wolves that are tamed become Vanilla wolves. 

Ive had multiple wolf babies born with 24 hearts, and from what I could tell, possibly increased damage, as they were able to kill cows in two hits, showing an average of 5 hearts per hit. 

The problem, is that the wolves become vanilla as soon as you tame them. 20 hearts and 4 damage per attack.
(I can give screenshots of wolves having 24 health while untamed.)

[b]First occurrence:[/b] (Providing an exact time helps us locate the error messages, which can help in fixing the bug) 6-29-2015 I dont know the time, but there is no error message

[b] Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: [/b]  I bred the wolves as normal, using raw meat, once they produced a pup, I released one of the parents and tamed the pup

[b] What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally :[/b] (in the event of a crash, please also provide the error log) My friend who has the mod to view health says the pups lost the max amount of hearts they could have as soon as they were tamed
