Sirbubbley 26 Share Posted September 4, 2011 if this new branch of rangers becames anything like the last one i will be forced to send in the Wardens o take care of the problame before it cuases another Ranger's VS. Aegis war. i hopeit does not come to this and i wish you the best of luck with this and i am glad to have a group patrolling the King'sRoad thta is nt those useless Holmes whose base i wish i could blow asunder but i cannot....... yet. i wish you luck and offer my assistance with building as the prince of Malinor. And yea I don't want to see a bunch of little kids thinking they can do anything because they're rangers. The old rangers were highly corrupt, and lacked discipline, more likely to kill the average Aegian than to save him. I hope such is not the case when they are re-organized. I remember many a report of their doings and being powerless to stop them as the Warband was not in a position to defeat anything beyond the simplest of bandits at the time. Robin Drake 731 Share Posted September 5, 2011 In my humble opinion instead of recreating another Ranger force the Oren military should incorporate the current largest Ranger force should it be of good standing in the eyes of the political figures. Then, much like a mercenary force the payment will go to the head of said Ranger force who will then distribute it to the Rangers who performed their duty. It would make more sense making use of the established Rangers who have experience and whow each other well rather than trying to build another force most likely consisting of outcast rangers or people with no current experience as a Ranger.
