I was travelling to Whisper Isles from a report that lightning has be struck yet it was high Noon. Me and my fellow freinds (Around 4 Guards not including myself) set out a journey to find the culprit or anymore imformation of this Incidedent upon reaching Whisper Isles, our eyes where then met by I beleive 4 men in dark robed clothing I beleive two in purple trim , and one with Blue and Gold shoulder plates. The 4th Man I cannot remember but trim was brighter than purple. I began by asking where they got those Robes from , after this question the 4 hooded men Possible Undead worshipers or plainly Undead ran into the Inn they was perched by and headed down the cellar. Upon confusion and questioning the Inn keeper we where permitted to search the downstairs cellar where the men fled. As I checked below the Inn nothing of movement came to eye, I decided to check around the back of the shop where my men had the perimeter under control and therefore 2 of the Robed Men(both purple trim robes)now distincly criminals rised out of the water and I began my pursuit they took a sharp turn but when I reached my last point of view of them there was no trace (My java ran out after). We now believe the 2 Robed Men with the Purple trim where not as superior to the other 2 so they might of been used as bait to attract our attention while the other 2 fled scene.

You ask why these are perhaps criminals or Undead.

1. Why did they Run away when we never said they was in trouble or we was going to maybe cuff them or slay them?

2. My friend apparently spotted a staff rearing out of one of the Robed men's hand.

If seen either stay away and report it to a Guard or Round up your own troops and thus have proof of their death or them following you cuffed.

IF ANY MORE REPORTS OF THESE MEN COMMITTING CRIMES OR WITCHCRAFT IF BELEIVE THERE SHALL BE A BOUNTY PLACED AROUND 1000-2000minas
