Looking for Laborers/workers

I Currently looking for laborers/workers to work on some things on my land. Jobs will include but may not be limited to: building, collecting, excavating. All materials including tools will be provided by myself for the laborers/workers for any work they will do. I will be paying at of 250 Mina to begin with and 100 Mina for every hour worked. If you work a total of 5 hours or more for me then you can have a house on my land in lieu of payment.
