THE HARIAN-FENN NON-AGGRESSION PACT, 1605

TO ALL DENIZENS OF AXIOS,

During this postbellum period in the history of Axios, one does not have to exercise a lot of effort to submerge Axios once more in warring conflicts. This is why bonds between nations are formed to uphold and promote peace and neutrality of their sovereign states. This day, the Sultanate of Haria and the Princedom of Fenn proclaim their mutual neutrality towards each other and hereby announce a treaty of Non-Aggression between the two sovereign states.

 

 


 

 

THE TERMS OF NON-AGGRESSION:

  • The Princedom of Fenn shall abide by the Non-Aggression Principle towards The Sultanate of Haria
    and ensures non-aggression between the two signatory states people.
     
  • The Sultanate of Haria shall abide by the Non-Aggression Principle towards Princedom of Fenn and ensures non-aggression between the two signatory states people.
     
  • The Princedom of Fenn shall not infringe upon the internal/external disputes involving that of the Harian Sultanate sovereignty.
     
  • The Sultanate of Haria shall not infringe upon the internal/external disputes involving that of the Fenn Princedom sovereignty.
     
  • Should a signatory break the Non-Aggression Pact, then signatory’s have a 14 Saint/Khali day grace period to attempt to amend the issue at hand. If an agreeance can not be met, the defending state may retaliate by any means necessary.
     
  • Should non-military personnel of either signatory state perpetrate a crime in the another signatory state, said victim state will have the authority to request an extradition. Failure to comply would be considered a breach of the pact.
     
  • Should military personnel of either signatory state perpetrate a crime in the another signatory state, diplomatic negotiations will open immediately to prevent a breach of the pact. Failure to comply would be considered a breach of the pact.
     
  • An embassy will be established in the capital of both Signatory’s capitals.
