Wandering Souls are those who've joined the server but do not have an accepted application. They aren't seen by regular players on the server and are only able to interact with others through the Wandering Soul text chat in game. The only time you should be applying for anything as a Wandering Soul is if you wish to gain access on the server to freely roleplay with others.
