Hello, this is my application for the server.

Time-Zone : +10 GMT (Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart)

English Ability : I have a generally good grip of English, although I may make errors from time to time.

Description of Myself : I'm a normal, boring student who finds breaks from my tedious schedule through roleplays and gaming.

Time Spent on server : I would probably be able to stay on the server for around 10 - 15 hours a week.

How long have I played Minecraft : I have played minecraft since the early alpha stages, for about 1-2 years.

What do i know about roleplaying : I know that roleplaying involves BECOMING your character, slipping into his/her shoes. It involves being as one with the character in your game.

What do I expect to see on the server? : Amazing creations, structures and a very friendly community. Oh and also a great RP experience.

What other servers have I been on? : I have been on several servers, including discovr.us servers and several small servers. I left these small servers due to lack of management from admins and eventually, they just fell apart. However, I still play on discovr.us servers from time to time.

Have I read, understood, and agreed to the rules? : Yes.

Name the 4 races on this server : Elf, Orc, Dwarf and Human. This does not include subraces such as Wood Elves etc.

How did you hear about us? : I was browsing through the Yogscast channel and found that they had favourited one of the Lord of the Craft trailers. Couldn't resist after that.

In Character:

Character Name : Foren

Race : Elf (Sub-race Wood Elf)

Biography : He grew up on the outskirts of Serpent Ridge, honing his skills in archery day after day. Foren would toil endlessly, for most of his day, sweat dripping from his forehead. His motivation? To live up to his father's name and to make his mother proud. Foren's father, Theodin, had, unfortunately, perished in battle. He was a great archer, and few could rival his skill. Foren's ultimate goal is to become like his father, and protect nature and the world from destruction and death. Foren self taught himself how to read, with these constant words from his father in his mind,'Foren, education is a neccessity in life. If you cannot read nor write, how can you expect yourself to save the world?' While walking on Kings Road, Foren saw several white clothed men. They walked with such purpose and authority that Foren was intoxicated by their power. Naturally, he followed them, allowing his curious mind to take the advantage of him. As they finally stopped, these people turned around and told the crowd that they were the Ascended, purpose only to destroy the undead and wipe them from the face of the Earth. Foren, now with two motivations; to save the world and to live up to his father's name, sets out to fulfill the legacy that his dad had left behind. To protect the downtrodden, and to be a noble man.

He returned home soon after, a changed person. Feron's mother was rather surprised at his sudden resolution to travel to the elven capital in order to train with some of the finest archers in the whole of the Holy Princedom of Malinor. He was previously just contenet with shooting at the backyard targets. Looking back at his mother from the front yard of their humble home, Feron promised that he would visit frequently. Tears in her eyes, Feron's mother said goodbye and, with his trusty bow and arrows in hand, his grand adventure in the land of Aegis began.

Character Age : 127 (although this may seem old, he is still a child in elf years).

Character Appearance : Bright, blonde hair with average tone skin. Carries a quiver strapped to his back most of the time. He wears a woodland green vest and brown leather pants. His armguard is brightly decorated with a beautiful red gem seated in the center. His dark blue shoes are a heirloom that have been passed down from his great-grandfather to his grandfather and so on. Foren has a fringe covering his left eye; he keeps this hairstyle as it is a constant reminder of his father. Back in the day when Theodin was still alive, he would constantly nag Foren about his hair. Now, it is a fond reminder of the good times that they had shared.

Character Personality : Quiet, yet willing to voice his opinions on matters that concern him. A very determined young man, set out to conquer his ambition. He has a great love for nature and its animals, willing to do anything to protect them, even risk his own life.

Ambitions : To become like his father, a skilled and very proficient archer. His ultimate dream is to see the people of Aegis happy, and in peace. However, Foren has no tolerance for those who dare disturb nature and commit evil deeds. Foren also secretly desires to find the people who killed his father so that he and his mother can finally live in peace, knowing of what happened to Theodin.

Can Foren mine? : The several hours in a day that Foren spends in training his archery skill has developed his muscles and allowed him to mine. He also needs his mining skill in order to set basic traps for villains and enemies and also to find safe havens for creatures that have been endangered by the war against the undead.

Are you a capable builder? : Foren has a great love for nature, and so, believes that large, buildings out in the open damage and scar the landscape with their ugly grey and black stone. He specializes in constructing structures in trees such as treehouses and tree dwellings. When constructing shelters, he prefers just to jump onto a tree and use its natural height as protection from monsters and other evils.

Can you wield a sword : Foren's primary weakness is in his melee combat. He is rather flimsy with a sword, however, can swing it at anybody if need be. The only situation in which he may use a sword is when he is in close-quarters combat and is cornered.

Does Foren enjoy farming? : Feeling obliged to helping his mother cook and feed him and herself, Foren does quite a bit of farming, although he does not necessarily enjoy it. He is experienced in the art of growing wheat for bread, although strays away from hunting unless it is absolutely necessary.

Does your character have any special skills : Foren has a variety of special skills. He is very well known for his ability to camouflage in dense bush as well as his amazing accuracy and power with the bow. His keen eye can spot enemies from afar and he also has a great love for nature and animals. Foren's sharp senses detect danger very quickly, and his almost telepathic powers can tell him whether or not there is a bow aimed at his head. As well as this, Foren is extremely fleet-footed and can run extremely fast. He needs this speed as he is rather weak in melee combat.
